The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and downright cozy. We felt right at home! Views off the balcony were amazing. Only downfall was one elevator was down, but this was no fault of the homeowner. We would definitely rent from them again.

We love the Palacio! Have stayed there a couple of times and you just can't beat the location. The condo was fabulous and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo! We had a wonderful time. The only issue was the elevator. One of the mornings it was not working at all and we had to walk down sixteen flights. Everything else was good except the elevator situation.

The condo was beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach! We did experience some elevator outages, but understand they will be replaced in the winter. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place. Nice location. As a plane traveler it would have been nice to have had coffee filers, basic things in the kitchen like salt and pepper. Beach towels would have been nice too. Overall nice stay. The Excel beach rental was great!

Everything about our stay was perfect. Excellent value for the top notch location! Patty was very responsive to any inquiries. The condo was super clean, and beautifully decorated. It could seriously be featured in an interior design magazine. Would definitely recommend!

Room was great!!...love the location we have stayed at Palacio many times before and so far our favorite room....only issue we're both elevators being down for several hours and having to walk 16 flights of stairs

Condo was just as pictured. It is nicely decorated, very comfortable and very clean. We stayed with just two couples, there was plenty room and seating! Property was nice and quiet! Beach wasn't too far of a walk! Would def stay again!
