This is a nice, newish, spacious house just a couple of blocks from the small downtown. It's an excellent choice for just about anyone: couples, families, dog owners, etc. Those wanting to cook will need to purchase many staples but that's not unusual in rentals. We'd stay there again!
The house was great - comfortable, clean, spacious, nice welcoming spaces, fully supplied. We enjoyed spending two weeks in Winthrop close to trails, restaurants, the ice rink etc.the layout of the house made it easy to work remotely and then head out on dog walks or off the xc ski.So grateful to discover this lovely, well-managed property!
Excellent place to stay for our crew of friends for our winter adventures. Close to town, comfortable beds, modern motif and furnishings. Jim was a great host!
Check in was easy, kitchen was well stocked and clean. WiFi worked well. We were there during 90degree days and enjoyed going to the state park at pearrygin lake state park had a lovely swimming area and tree shade we enjoyed. The AC at the trails end kept us comfortable too. They had some lovely host touches for pet owners and very thoughtful decor. We very much enjoyed our stay.
This unit was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed except a wine pull, but with the help of our neighbors that was quickly remedied. Our beds were comfortable and the unit accommodated our family nicely. Loved our short stay in Winthrop and would choose this unit again.
This townhouse is great!! It has all the things you could would need and more, from kitchen supplies, games, towels, etc! It was super clean, organized and so cute! The location was perfect for us, close to the lake and town. Our kids were able to play in the yard and games in the garage! Definitely would stay here again.
We loved our time in Winthrop. Beautiful townhome and fantastic location. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were amazing! We’ll definitely be back!
We had a wonderful stay. The property suited us so well with 2 families with kids and grandma all staying together for a family member's wedding. Well stocked home had all the amenities we could wish for plus a great, walkable location to town. We would have loved to use the fire pit in back had it not been for thunder storms. Enjoyed the patio for coffee once the sun came out prior to our departure. Thanks for an excellent stay and helping us make great family memories. We would definitely stay again.
