Welcome Home!! Get ready to enjoy the outdoors with your family and friends, then relax in your mountain getaway. This home has been completely updated and has amenities for the whole family, including large smart TVs, reading nooks, ping pong, foosball, darts, games and even an art center for the little ones. A new hot tub was just installed and is a great way to relax after a day of skiing or hiking.

The main floor plan is open and includes a new chef's kitchen with large 6 burner stove and all the cooking tools and amenities. It looks looks out into the dining area and great room. The great room has two full size couches and club chair where you can enjoy a movie on complementary Netflix (or Hulu, Prime, Disney+, HBO Max) on the large flat screen or take in the forest views and warm up by the wood burning stove. This floor also has two bedrooms - a bunk room and queen bedroom - with a large full bathroom in the middle.

Head upstairs to the large loft, a great spot to enjoy a cocktail and read a book on the very comfy sofa. You may also have fun with the kids and draw some pictures at the artwork center. The second floor has the master bedroom; here you can sit by a roaring fire in a comfy armchair or enjoy a nap in the king sized bed. And the ensuite bathroom has an oversized shower with skylight. There is one more bedroom on this floor with two beds, a queen and a single, as well as its own ensuite bathroom. Here you can relax in the specially equipped hydro-thermo massage bath.

For family fun head downstairs to the large lower-level to play ping-pong, foosball, darts or put on the glasses and watch some 3D TV from the large sectional. Also there are lots of games for all to play.

When you're ready to venture out to Stratton Mountain in the winter, just a quick drive to begin your day of skiing, snowshoeing or enjoying Stratton Village. In the summer, you can enjoy nearby hiking, biking, canoeing and kayaking. Or walk around the corner for tennis, or paddle boarding & swimming in the lake right behind the house.

What a wonderful home! Perfectly appointed with lots of small touches. The house was very clean, spacious and had everything that we needed and more. The kids loved the game room and having the hot tub and fireplace were perfect after a day of skiing. They even had bathrobes! Thank you to Sherry for her wonderful hospitality. We will be returning!

Perfect Home For Families

We had a great time staying here. The basement was especially amazing for the kids and the accommodations were great for all of us. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Would 100% stay again!

Perfect ski house!

We loved our stay at Serenity! The house is stunning and the set up was so great for our multi family group.The kitchen was so well stocked with all the essentials for making our dinners in. Perfect spot for family with teens

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this bright, clean, roomy spot just 10 minutes from the mountain. The shuttle to the mountain was easy. The ping pong table and hot tub entertained everyone in the evenings. The kitchen was big and well equipped to feed us all. The living room and fireplace were warn and cozy. We highly recommend this ski house.

Fun ski house

The house was big, clean and comfortably fit our children and their friends. The living area is bright and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The hot tub was the perfect Apres activity. And the basement was a huge bonus for the kids to play ping pong. This is a great ski house!

This was our 5th yr renting a Stratton house with good friends, and tho all were nice, Serenity was the best! Well-appointed in every aspect, with attention to ease & comfort from the kitchen, to beds, to hot tub (heated pathway) even tech! All so easy to use & in great condition. We loved the ping pong table & art/lounge space for kids in loft as well. Thank u so much for fond memories skiing & ringing in 2024!

Wonderful and Charming Stratton House

We loved our stay here! The house is clean, spacious, and very well-appointed. Everything felt new: all kitchen appliances and basement games - including ping pong, darts, foosball, and mini-air hockey - worked perfectly, unlike at many rental properties. The location is terrific: 10 minutes from the mountain and 2 minutes up the road from the local market. The owners are incredibly responsive, answering all our questions quickly both before and during our stay. The house instructions were comprehensive yet clear (again, unlike at many rental houses). The kitchen was well-equipped with items we don't typically find in rentals: tupperware, multiple cutting boards and colanders, essentials, etc. But mostly we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house: a welcome basket in the kitchen with snacks, treats, coffee and hand warmers; baskets in the bathrooms with toiletries we may have forgotten; stools in the (exceptionally large) mud room perfect for parents helping their kids put on ski boots; paper, colored pencils, and crayons upstairs by the computer perfect for games; cute night lights by the hot tub; a properly stocked wood-burning stove (starters, paper, logs, lighters, ash can, shovel, etc.). We stayed here between Xmas and New Years with another family, and all of the parents repeatedly commented on how well this house was maintained.

Amazing stay

The host was very organized with a detailed description of how to use all electronics/facilities in the house. The house was very clean and had plenty of space/games. The house was beautiful and in a great spot. Only a 10 minute drive to Stratton. We had an amazing time here!

Amazing House in Strattonwald

We loved Serenity House in Strattonwald! We were two families totalling 9 people (teens to nine year old). The house is very open and spacious so the adults could relax by the fireplace while the kids had a great time in the basement with ping pong, foosball, TV, etc. Everything was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen was VERY well stocked so that we could cook and enjoy meals in. The owners recently installed a hot tub which also added to the apres ski experience for all of us. Note, the house is less than 10 minutes from Stratton Mountain and 3 minutes from restaurants and a small grocery store. Sherry is a very thoughtful and generous homeowner who was easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to staying again!! Highly recommended.
