Beautiful 5 Bedroom Victorian Home - 3rd House from Ocean

Beautifully restored 5 BR Victorian home.

Huge porch, pillars in the living room and restored staircase from a local establishment. Everything has been redone and is lovingly cared for by owners. Enjoy the beach and come back for lunch without having to cross the street. Rinse the sand off your feet with the hose or outside shower. Have your children play in the grassy yard or read a book in the shade.

Enjoy the peace at the beach.

Beautiful home in an ideal location

We had avreally great time at this property! It's a beautiful, historical house with charm abounding. The fully enclosed wrap around porch with 2 fans was a favorite hangout on the cool evenings and a great spot to people watch during the day. The close proximity to the beach was ideal with children, and for anyone who wanted to pop back to the house for lunch. We love walking to Ferrara's bakery for coffee and thee best donuts!! Faria's, mini golf, Lucille's, sunsets on the bay, the arcade, multiple ice cream spots, restaurants, even a new nail salon- all within walking/biking distance. One thing to note: 1 of the full beds is a futon in the upstairs landing, so not totally ideal, and one of the bedrooms (as noted in the listing) with twin bed is accessed by passing through the master. If these configurations work for your family, like they did for ours, then it's all good! We highly recommend this home and location!

Great vacation

We loved the location, so close to the beach. We were very comfortable with the rooms and living space. It would be nice to have an outdoor shower not shared by the other rental. Overall, we were very pleased.

We enjoyed our stay

It was a short stay for us but we enjoyed the property and the access to the beach. We had some trouble with WiFi and AC which was resolved soon enough.

My husband and I love the beach and especially Long Beach Island. I have been coming here since I was in college and have such wonderful memories. It is such a family place with clean, beautiful beaches. You can go swimming in the ocean or in the bay and the sunsets and sunrises are spectacular.

Why they chose this property

We chose this location because it was so close to the beach and not having to cross the street and lug all your gear makes it so nice. You can come back to the house for lunch or to take a break from the sun in minutes making it so great!

What makes this property unique

Our house is 3rd from the ocean and is one of the only houses with a grass yard. You can sit on the front deck, in the porch or out in the back and relax or have the kids play in the yard. There is a delicious bakery 3 short blocks away, restaurants, mini golf, nail salon, bike rental, jet ski rental and more within 10 blocks. Everything is so convenient.
