Serenity By The Sea!

Brand new, custom built home with private salt water pool, just 2 blocks from beach!! You will be in close proximity to everything Point Pleasant Beach has to offer - beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants! This is a private home featuring an open-concept layout and 2 stories of livable space, 2 en suites, a fenced in backyard oasis with an in-ground pool and attached garage with private parking!

First floor:
- open concept living room, dinning room and kitchen. The Kitchen features white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.
- first floor queen bedroom with en suite (sleeps 2)
- half bath
- laundry room
- access to back deck/backyard
- access to garage

Second Floor:
Master bedroom with en suite (sleeps 2)
Bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2)

Linen service is included. No need to bring blankets and sheets. No need to make a bed. Arrive, unpack & enjoy! Linens provided include quilts, sheets, bath & game towels, and bath mats.

Please supply your own beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach/pool towels.

6 Beach passes included with rental, if you need any additional beach day passes they can be purchased on the boardwalk. ($200.00 penalty will be incurred with each beach pass not returned at check out).

On premise parking consists of 1 indoor garage spot with remote, 1 driveway spot. 5 overnight street parking permits will also be included for your stay.

No parties, no large gatherings and no unregistered overnight guests allowed.

No pets allowed.

No smoking of any kind or illegal substances allowed on the property.

Family getaway

The house was very clean and a great location between walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The hosts are very organized and the pool was beautiful.

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation in Lina’s home. The house was very clean and well appointed. The pool was a big plus. The location was convenient to the beach, boardwalk, playground, skate park and restaurants. The street was quiet and the surrounding homes were well cared for. Lina was a great host and responded to any questions quickly. We would definitely consider staying there again as everyone said this was one of our best family vacations.

Great place for family vacation

We loved this location for our annual week at the shore. It's a quiet street, but close to the beach/ attractions. The pool area was incredible and we enjoyed eating under the patio while playing in the pool.

Great stay

Located close to beach and amusement park (not too close to be troublesome). Nice backyard with pool and dining area. Good kitchen to prepare food and cook.

A wonderful stay

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful, very spacious and clean! It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, yet on a quiet street. The pool was a highlight for both the children and adults. The owner was very accommodating, quick to respond to any question we had and we would highly recommend this property.

Great getaway!

We stayed here with my two boys and both sets of grandparents. The house was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone. The pool was beautiful and we were even able to make s’mores by the fire pit one day. There was always plenty of parking available on the street and the house is just a short walk to the beach/boardwalk. The owner was super helpful and super responsive to questions prior to check in. This is a great house!

Loved our stay, beautiful home with incredible backyard in ideal location

We loved our stay; the hosts were gracious and responsive, the backyard set up is incredible, with a beautiful, well maintained pool, a fire pit, great dining table with shade for outdoor dining, a deck to sit out on and more. The interior is terrific, with great natural light, and plenty of space for big groups. And the location can't be beat! Walk to the beach, and the boardwalk, with ease. Walk to the ice cream shop. It's a terrific summer getaway, and we couldn't recommend more!

Amazing Beach House !

We had a fantastic time at this property in Point Pleasant. We were 4 families with 4 children under the age of 3 and the house set up was perfect for us. The backyard had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation - pool, firepit, and bbq. The house was conveniently located 2 blocks from the beach and jenkinsons boardwalk. The hosts were super responsive and offered great tips on what to do in the area. Would highly recommend this property for a fun family vacation!

Point Pleasant Beach House

Excellent venue for a family. Close to the beach, boardwalk and many activities. Shopping very accessible. We loved the house from the minute we walked in. Modern & very clean. I travel with lysol & clorox wipes. Never took them out. Owners were accessible & communicated when necessary. Can't safe enough. A pleasure for our week vacation.

Great Week at the Beach

We booked our stay over a year ago and we were so excited when the day arrived. We found that everything was exactly like the owners had said it was. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. As the cook, I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and we ate in every night. But it was the outside that really created the magic. It was like being at your own personal resort. Location was perfect and the younger children visited the boardwalk everyday. You wont be disappointed if you spend your vacation here.

True Serenity by the Sea

We just returned from a wonderful week in Point Pleasant. The house, Serenity by the Sea, was a fantastic find. The hosts were so responsive and attuned to our every need. A day into our stay, they checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. The house was very accommodating for the 12 of us (6 adults / 6 kiddos) plenty of room inside and out. The pool was great fun- everyone enjoyed it. The house is even nicer than the photos- quite lovely and very comfortable. The proximity to the beach/ boardwalk was such a bonus- we hardly used our cars during the entire week. We hope to return next summer- many thanks to the great hosts

Great location in Point Pleasant Beach

We enjoyed our stay, especially the wonderful salt water pool in the backyard. The house had no carpeting anywhere, and as a consequence sounds carried very easily (especially people walking upstairs). Cleaning of floors and kitchen could have been better. The location near the beach was great, but we were all disappointed by the hours the beach was open and the restrictions in using it (no boogie boards, no evening strolls on the beach). We certainly had a wonderful time as a family in this house!

Five -Star VRBO Family Vacation in Point Pleasant Beach Nj

I have so many wonderful things to share about this rental. The home owners were absolutely wonderful to work with, promptly answering all of our questions. If I sent an email, a reply would come within minutes which was quite impressive. Location is always the key to a great vacation, and this home was in walking distance to everything. It is only a few blocks from the beach/boardwalk and about 10 minutes to walk into town. We literally walked everywhere: the beach, grocery store, bagel store, restaurants, coffee shops, indoor golf, and shopping in the center of town etc. Perfect spot! This 6 bedroom house is completely renovated and is beautifully decorated. I loved the beachy decor. Nice sized bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms and a comfortable living area made for a homey feel. The dining area was great for family dinners, doing puzzles and nightly games. The kitchen was very well stocked with every cooking utensil, storage container, pots/pans, appliances you could want. They thought of everything including separate dishes and glasses for indoor and outdoor use….such a great idea. Awesome backyard with a pool! It is gorgeous, spotless and well-maintained and there are fun pool tubes and noodles for use. The firepit area made for a nice conversation spot in the evening. The grill worked great and the covered area with outdoor seating and a dining table gave us room to eat outside, while giving us a break from the sun. The host provides plenty of street parking passes for overflow and beach passes to accomodate all of your guests. We had a wonderful family vacation and made lots of happy memories. We feel so fortunate to have found this home on VRBO and look forward to renting once again. If you are looking for the perfect beach house that can fit your entire family, this is the place to rent!
