Can't Wait For Summer is a single-level home with plenty of room for your family and friends to relax inside or cool off in the private pool out back, which can be heated during cooler months, or soak in the adjoining hot tub. Conveniently located 1 mile to restaurants, shops, and nightlife and 0.8 miles to the beach. Enjoy a mix of island and contemporary décor carried throughout. The open kitchen is sure to please all chefs with crisp white cabinets, sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, a farm-style sink, an island for prepping, a regular drip coffee maker, basic pots, pans, and utensils. There is seating for six at the breakfast bar for dining on freshly prepared meals. The living room is furnished with two couches (one converts to a Queen Sleeper Sofa) for gathering and watching movies on the wall-mounted TV with cable. The split bedroom arrangement provides privacy for all. Venture to the master bedroom, just off of the kitchen area, (BR1) comprised of a King bed, nightstands, a bench at the foot of the bed, a wall-mounted TV, and access to the back porch where the pool/hot tub is located. The ensuite bathroom contains a double granite vanity and a large tile stand-alone shower. The first guest bedroom (BR2) is equipped with a King bed, nightstands, a closet, and a wall-mounted TV. Across the hall, the second guest bedroom (BR3) is made up of a Full-over Full Bunk Bed, closet, and a wall-mounted TV. This room also has separate access to the shared hallway bathroom featuring a vanity and a tiled tub/shower. Sip your morning coffee on the back, covered veranda while taking in a sunrise and ocean breeze. This inviting area has ample seating and tables out of the sun. Cook the day's catch on the grill for a quick and easy dinner. Wind down in the pool, or soothe tired muscles in the hot tub after a day of shopping or playing at the beach. The half bath is accessible from the porch for your outdoor benefit. The full-size washer and dryer are located in the garage for your use. There is room in the garage for one car or golf cart and parking for four other vehicles in the driveway. Things to Know:
Private Heated Pool- Pool/hot tub can be heated for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
Golf Cart Included for the entire stay, SHORT TERM RENTALS ONLY Subject to $10 fuel charge.
Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in.
Beach Gear Credit- With a 2-night minimum stay - details will come via email from Vayk Gear. Ordering must be done online at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Pets not allowed.

Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish.
Guests have parking spaces for 5 vehicles. A golf cart rental will use one of these spaces. Parking is not allowed on the street. Boat and trailer parking is permitted in driveway.
