Lovely hidden oasis near downtown and Old Town, walking distance to many attractions. Very light and bright, sweet outdoor spaces and fully fenced for privacy.
It was such a great experience staying here! I loved absolutely everything about the house and location. 10/10 would stay here and would definitely recommend.
We really enjoyed this property. It was the perfect location for everything we did. The house was nice, quiet and clean. Great communication from the owner.
Loved this cozy two bedroom rental. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Beds were super comfy as well. I would highly recommend this property!
This is in a great location, and the property was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked, the living/dining room was large, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. I highly recommend d this property.
We loved staying here. The space was perfect for our needs. Even our teen was happy. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook meals while here for a week. And it was quiet and relaxing. Would return and stay again.
Taryn was qucik to reply to communication. The house was clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the quality stainless frying pans rather than the beat up non-stick ones that are often found in rental houses.
Everyting was great and communication was great with any issues that came up during they stay. Close to everything and plenty of restaurants around. Would stay here again!! Those skylights are bright and fooled me as being lights. 😆
Had a wonderful 2 night stay for the AIBF. This place was nice, clean, beds very comfortable, & good pinion coffee! It’s walking distance to Old Town, Sawmill Market & was only 20 miles from Balloon Fiesta Park. Highly recommend if your in the area! Jenny H.
Had a short getaway with my daughters, but the place was super clean and put together well. The host took a step further with the extra details, An eye mask for the bright sun that comes through the skylights, a sound machine to block out the noise from the next-door neighbors, mints on my bed, and some delicious local coffee in the cabinet If ever in the area again,, I will definitely book another stay!
My family and I wanted a little getaway. We decided on staying here and it was a great decision. The location of it is centrally located so it was just minutes away from everything we wanted to visit. The zoo, aquarium / botanical garden and restaurants. The host was very communicative, which I could appreciate, if there were any questions. All our needs were met and ended up being a very nice private place to stay. We would stay again and recommend staying here also.
It was an excellent stay. Very well stocked with kitchen supplies if you’re looking to cook while you stay. The beds are extremely comfortable with clean, white linen. The bedrooms have a white noise machine, ear plugs and eye masks if you’re a sensitive sleeper as myself.
Concrete flooring throughout, very clean.
The unit is shared by two other rentals so it was quite noisy through the walls. Also it’s not the easies to get to with a rutted, dirt road alley- way access only. It’s off a main, busy road that is loud with traffic.
Overall I would recommend this property. The host was responsive to messages and very accomadting. They got this right, very comfortable stay.
We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Directions were clear and the place was easy to access. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen had all the necessities (my only necessity was coffee). Taryn was great at responding and we were even able to check in an hour early. Wished we got to utilize the fire pit but overall it was a great stay.
We had a wonderful stay at this rental and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Albuquerque. The location was convenient for exploring the city, including a short drive to Old Town, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The home was exactly as described—very clean, modern, well-designed, and equipped with everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, a private outdoor patio, and off street parking. Taryn was an excellent host who communicated clearly and made both check-in and check-out simple and stress-free.
Hey there! I'm so happy you are taking the time to check out our place, I hope it meets your needs and you decide to stay a while. My husband, Chris, and I are originally from Colorado but planted roots in ABQ over 10 yrs ago. We have 2 rambunctious boys that keep us busy. When we aren't at the ball fields watching little league we love to travel and explore. I hope you enjoy your stay in our place and come again often!
