This is a fully furnished condo with recessed lighting, Lutron dimmer lights, celings fans and poster pedic bed. new granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Nice 44 inch Ethos Sharp HDTV with internet. It can sleep 4 comfortable. nice private patio area. This is a pet friendly community with a pool, hot tub, and new weight room. Its also a gated community and a very safe area. additional fee possible for cats. If your using instant book, we require you text us first to be allowed stay. Longer staying tenants always take priority. This condo is in a 5 star area, so we always get a lot of interest.

We have been renting this house everyday for the past 5 years. Most of the people living at villa warner own there condos. The location is excellent and its a very safe neighborhood. There are three pet park areas in a gated community with a great deal of amenties.
Why they chose this property
Its across the street from a new amazon fresh and sproats. You can bike to the beach and still have easy access to the interestate.
What makes this property unique
The pool and hot tub and a great way to end your day. New weights for the fitness room and its fun to play eight ball on the pool table or play ping pong.
