The bedroom is located on the second floor, which is also disclosed in the listing. After arriving, the guests informed me that they had not read the property description before booking and requested a refund shortly after check-in because the accommodation did not meet their expectations. While I understand their disappointment, I cannot be responsible for misunderstandings caused by information that was clearly provided before the reservation.
