Cottage of character with its private heated swimming pool in a large garden opening onto a wooded park and close to the cycle path "Le Ruban Vert"
Close to all amenities and many tourist sites nearby and an hour around.
Independent house next to ours with separation to respect the privacy of everyone with its private access and parking.
The accommodation
Large house with its equipped kitchen, its American fridge, 1 large bathroom with shower on the ground floor and a bathroom with shower upstairs, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor, cot and baby chair on request. 2 beds of 160 cm, 1 bed of 180cm (separable into 2x90cm) and 3 corner beds of 120 cm
TV, Wifi, large terrace with table and chairs and barbecue.
Possible cleaning package on request.
Close to all amenities, 2 km from Celles sur Belle (2 bakeries, 1 Intermarché) and 10 km from Melle (4 bakeries, 3 supermarkets and a nice market on Friday mornings) and 20 km from Niort and its fabulous covered market!

Many Nearby tourist sites: the Abbey of Celles sur Belle, Melle and its 3 listed Romanesque churches, its Silver Mine of the Frankish Kings, the animal park of Chizé, the Poitevin marshes... And a little further afield: La Rochelle, the Ile de Ré, the Futuroscope, the Vallée de Singes..
Other remarks
The swimming pool is open from May to the end of September depending on the weather.
We do not want to organise a party out of respect for the area and pool times to be defined on arrival.

Le gîte est très agréable, très bien équipé et spacieux. Nous avons pu profiter du parc. La disposition des chambres et les 2 salles de bain neuves sont appréciables. C’est idéal pour les réunions de famille. La localisation permet de rayonner autour de nombreux points d’intérêts. La propriétaire s’est toujours montrée très disponible.
