Studio 304 in Little Paris Hotel is perfect for a couple get-away. Its located on the ground floor with free parking right outside .
The studio has a nice new queen size bed and mattress, a high
top table and chairs for dining a little kitchenette with a counter top hot plate. Full size fridge freezer, microwave coffee maker and toaster .Bathroom with a shower and toilet and sink. Little Paris hotel is from the 1940s all the rooms hav been updated and newly decorated .
NO smoking of any kind .
NO parties .

The property was just as listed and everything was great! Walking to beach and restaurants was a plus as was the included parking spot. Will definitely rent here again if we come back to the area

Good location for the money! 2 blocks from the beach, and close to bars and restaurants!

Great value. I spent 3 nights at this property to meet a group of friends in FLL. It is one small efficiency bedroom and a bathroom. Included 2 parking spot passes, if needed. And great proximity to the beach (with a Starbucks on the way) and a ton of bars and restaurants within a 5 or 10 minute walk. Liza was very professional and thorough in communicating all the necessary processes to get in and out of the unit. While the accommodations are fairly basic... it was perfect for what I needed!

Kind of misleading

The property listing was a little deceptive. There was only one bed and one really uncomfortable futon which was not the full bed that was described. There were no sheets and really uncomfortable. The “kitchen” was a single burner and a microwave. Most of the furniture (except the bed) was in rough shape. The table was wobbly. The bathroom door didn’t shut. The chairs outside were taped together. Location was fantastic however. Just felt it was not like the description and I felt a little scammed
