Perfect Vacation Home

This is the perfect spot for a family vacation. The house is newly renovated. The dock was great for keeping my boat ready for use. The location is private yet convenient for all sorts of entertainment. We have stayed there multiple times and would definitely go back.

Perfect home

Stayed here with my adult kids. Great location, handy for dining, shopping, beach, you name it. House was clean with a great outdoor patio, pool, dock. Communication was great, one of our best rentals ever. We would stay here again.

Boaters Paradise

This place was amazing! It is very clean and had everything my family wanted. The dock was long enough for my 35’ boat and on a deep enough channel that I never had to worry about the tides. I would definitely come back.

A House made to be A Home

A wonderful experience for me and my family and some friends. The house was all that we expected. My two grandsons loved the pool and water front. Ie was a home for us for the three nights!

Great Getaway Spot

My wife and I spent a month here getting away from the cold up north. This was a perfect spot with plenty of space for an office and to host guests. The house was in good condition and well equipped, making things easy - which is always appreciated while on a getaway. And most of all, Josue was an A++ host. Super responsive and ready, willing and able to respond to any request we threw his way. And just a great guy. Would not hesitate for a minute to recommend this place - especially if Josue as the host!

RELAXING!

We had such a great week. The Coconut Cove home was so relaxing- loved sitting outside (*pool, tiki area, and water view). We were amazed how many TVs the home had and were all set up with Streaming (THANKS! March Madness was playing). Fooseball game brought our family together and so did the kayaks. We are grateful for the accomidations.

This is a beautiful house right on the canal and about 10 min to Pompano beach. The house has great amenities, pool, hammock, kayaks, a grill, fishing pole, foosball table and a small video game machine with multiple games. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious, with plenty of cookware, dishes, plates, etc. The pictures are very accurate. Plenty of shopping close by, Publix, Walgreens, etc. and restaurants. Sawgrass mills mall is about 30 miles away. It is the biggest outlet mall I have ever seen. This was a great place and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway

The property is in a great location, a short distance from Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, which is a walkable area by the beach. We loved the beauty of the canal and the kids enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock.

Fantastic stay

Our family had a great vacation at this property. The owners were so easy to communicate with and very helpful. The home is very nice on the inside. Well equipped with everything you would need . Girls Weekend Getaway

It was a great place to unwind, hang out by the pool and enjoy some quiet time. We enjoyed having a nice kitchen to cook meals and nice outdoor and indoor spaces for hanging out.
