Ball Winter Vacation
There was quite a bit of confusion surrounding our reservation. Our two week stay was divided into THREE separate reservations and we had to argue with the property about NOT changing rooms for each reservation. It was ultimately settled and we stayed in just one suite without having to move 3 times.
We did however, have to check in-check out 3 times and it was quite inconvenient for our plans to have to go to the front desk for this on both Sundays we were there.
The property needs to have someone in charge of cleaning the trash out of the ornamental pond, there were plastic bags and cups, wrappers, etc.
The beds are extremely uncomfortable, lumpy and lopsided. The bathroom having a shower in the jacuzzi tub is dangerous to get in and out of. The shower head leaked and the toilet seat bolt was broken.
The base of the bathroom sink has severe water damaged and is starting to come apart.
We saw several guest who smoked and they were throwing their cigarette butts into the bushes and on the sidewalks surrounding the property.
