The communication was poor from host. We did not get entrance instructions until the last minute. The AC was on 73- not able to change and it was very warm inside unit and building, felt as if it were broken. The shower only stayed hot long enough for one person. There were no extra blankets or towels. It is convenient to some restaurants, not far from parks and had multiple pools/spas to enjoy.

The room was comfortable and cute. I was able to do a little bit is cooking as it did accommodate with a small stove and oven lol I was able to make some hard boiled eggs. Process with easy to check it. And check out.

Check in and out process were easy. Property was conveniently located to great attractions and restaurants. Utilized the pool on property- well kept and kids loved it. Overall would highly recommend.

Stay was very pleasant. Unit was exceptional but overall building could use some updating. When we had an A/C problem and I texted the owner and it promptly sent some to fix it. The service was great.

Great Location and Nice For The Price

Overall a good stay. The room was clean and modern. Was well equipped and met our needs as we did not dwell for long at the property. As far as outside the room, the property could use some work to refurbish. The hallways were not in great shape.

OUTSTANDING!

We had a great time and it all started with our studio suite at The Enclave. Owner was communicative and prompt in communication. The room was clean and equipped with everything listed and most importantly was updated and clean. Pool and hot tubs were nice (wish the hot tubs were opened past 8:00) and it is within walking distance to lots of shops and restraunts. Just a great experience overall!

Perfect place to rest our heads

I rented this with my daughter following a long week at a dance competition at an area hotel. I was looking for something convenient and perfectly priced and this was it. It was near a lot of things in the immediate area and within 15 minutes or so of any large attractions, so the location was great. The unit had just enough space for us two who shared a bed. It could sleep four though as the day bed was very generously sized and had a trundle underneath it. We spent most of our time here sleeping but did spend an afternoon in one of the pools which was nice. Laundry was just around the corner from the unit which we did end up using and appreciated. The host could tell I was anxious about check in due to our late arrival and made sure to check in first thing which was nice. Check in was easy and check out was even easier! The host was aLeah’s available for questions and helpful if we needed. The bed was comfortable, the unit was clean, and the shower was spacious. It was quiet and peaceful and just what we needed after a long day at an amusement or water park. Would stay here again if we needed to come to the area again!

Nicely updated, cozy unit in excellent location

The unit was nicely updated and equipped with everything we'd need. Check in and check out were simple and the host was very communicative. Excellent location; we were so close to Universal (the reason for our trip) restaurants and shops that we didn't even need to rent a car. We were able to use rideshare apps like Uber with ease. The unit had a nice balcony and the complex had a good indoor and outdoor pool. Pricing was very budget friendly for what you get. Would definitely recommend.
