El apartamento Luxerious Varos no está lejos del parque Marijan y a unos 5 minutos del centro en una zona tranquila y exclusiva de Split.
El apartamento es muy moderno y lujoso.
Tiene dos dormitorios como baño con bañera y una moderna cocina con todos los accesorios.
La sala de estar es moderna con un televisor LED y un sistema de sonido envolvente en una clase de harman / kardon, pero también tienen aire acondicionado.
En la sala de estar, también hay un sofá, donde una persona aún puede dormir por separado si es necesario. En el patio del apartamento hay una barbacoa y, por supuesto, una plaza de aparcamiento para el coche.
La mejor manera de obtener una primera impresión es ver las fotos del apartamento.

Great Split Experience

Amazing time at split with family of four. Location was ideal as it was not too close and not too far from the hustle and bustle of the old town. Highly recommend and would definitelt stay again!

Beautiful apartment only a five minute walk into Split old town. Had everything we needed and was extremely clean. Communication with the owner was great and we were able to check in early. Would recommend to anyone who wants to explore Split and beyond.

Great base camp in Split

We really enjoyed our stay here in Split. It was a ten minute walk to both downtown and Marjan Park plus there were several places to get groceries nearby. The apartment was clean and a good size for our family. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great Location and property in Split

We had a great 6 night stay in Split this unit was very clean and comfortable with excellent amenities walking distance to main attractions in fabulous location host Zvondimir was very quick to respond and just an exceptional host we highly recommend.

Great base/great location

What a comfortable place this is. 2 private bedrooms, a comfortable living room with great tv to watch movies. Easy walk to the old city and to the beautiful Marjan Park. We would definitely stay again.

Short Break

We chose the apartment primarily due to the reviews and because of the parking for the hire car. The apartment is actually almost adjacent to the large town centre car park, so is ideal. The are a number of short walks into the old town, and a small bakery and well-stocked small shop is opposite. Property manager is very helpful and available on WhatsApp too.

Our first visit to Split

The property was fabulous. Quiet location, bakery across the street and old town was easily walkable. Loved the neighborhood atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly that you almost felt like you lived there. Every meal was delicious. We look forward to visiting again.

Happy in Split

The property exceeded our expectations. Location to old town and the Riva was ideal. As mentioned in other reviews, it was a quick walk to the little grocery store and bakery. The property manager was very helpful and accessible. We would definitely stay there again

Wonderful place!

We were so happy with this place! Super clean and modern (remodeled kitchen and bath) and the hot water for the shower was great! Very comfy bed and the sofa in the living room was comfy as well. The location is excellent. Parking…such a needed convenience! Everything is a 10 minute walk. Our host was very Communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Lovely property

Convenient to everything - main square, bakery, restaurant at the top of the street that had great views. Host kindly arranged to pick us up at the airport, and even drove us back for our return flight at 4:15 am. Beautiful, clean apartment.

This location was perfect! 5min walk to EVERYTHING (restaurants, shops, historic monuments and harbor). The owner was very flexible and extremely responsive. We accidentally locked our key in the house and he was there in less than 10mins. I would definitely stay again.

Great place in Split!

We recently stayed here for three nights before setting out on a sailing adventure. We were two couples, and we were very comfortable (would have been a tight fit for 6 people). Zvonimir was extremely friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, but it is just a short walk to restaurants and the center of the city. The air conditioning was much appreciated, as it was quite hot while we were there!

The reviews online are completely correct...the apartment is exactly an shown in the photos. The owner was excellent to deal with, promptly answering emails and messages. He was friendly when he greeted us at the rental, which was clean. There is a small market a 1 minute walk down the street which was perfect for preparing small meals. The apartment was in a great location...close enough to the action of the main strip but far enough away that it was quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay in a comfortable well appointed apartment

Although not luxurious, the apartment is functional and close to the Old town, walking distance. It was clean and was well furnished with supplies. The parking space was a real bonus. We left our car parked there for two days and walked around. Zvonimir was very nice and helpful. We were 4 adults and the apartment was very comfortable. I would recommend this apartment.

Great apartment just steps away from old town!

Apartment was spacious and clean. We had our own private parking space, which is a must, if you have a car. Zvonimir was prompt and greeted us on the first day and was there on the last day as well to help us back our car out of the driveway because the streets in Split are very narrow. We walked everywhere since old town was only a few minutes away. There is also a small market a block away from the apt., which was very convenient as well. I would definitely recommend!

Location, Location, Location

Just spent 6 amazing days in Zvonimir’s great apartment. 4 adults slept very comfortably. Located 5 min walk to all the action of downtown Split. Great restaurants, shops and port. Easy access in/out of city to other sites. Great running trail only 2 min run to Marjan Hill. Apt was clean, modern and comfortable. Air con worked great. Very quiet and secluded, but minutes from all the action. Great bakery and mini market 5 sec walk away. Would stay here every time I visited Split. Thanks Zvonimir!

Excellent apartment in Split

This VRBO apartment in Split, Croatia was exactly as advertised. Very modern, clean and well situated. Two bedrooms allows two couples to comfortably stay there. A nice bakery and grocery store across street. A coffee shop just down road. Within a 5 minute easy walk to the old town of Split. Zvonimir was very easy to deal with regarding the check in and check out procedures. He offered to arrange for personal tours, if required. He personally drove our group to airport. We would highly recomend staying at Zvonimir's apartment.
