The apartment would make an ideal base for exploring Split, one of the Croatia's most popular tourist destinations, which has much to offer in the way of sight seeing, bars and restaurants, music and art festivals as well as providing easy access to the numerous islands located offshore, which make for ideal day trips. Other areas worth visiting and located within easy driving distance, include the UNESCO protected town of Trogir, the Makarska Rivijera with its fine beaches, Roman City of Salona and Krka National Park with its beautiful waterfalls.
