Large duplex penthouse apartment located on the second floor of the family Villa, 10 minutes walking distance from all amenities. Contains 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom (en-suite), living room with study area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washer and dryer, two balconies, 50m2 terrace with 360 degree view of the city, sea and surrounding mountains and free private parking place on premises (upon request). The apartment would make an ideal base for exploring Split, one of the Croatia's most popular tourist destinations, which has much to offer in the way of sight seeing, bars and restaurants, music and art festivals as well as providing easy access to the numerous islands located offshore, which make for ideal day trips. Other areas worth visiting and located within easy driving distance, include the UNESCO protected town of Trogir, the Makarska Rivijera with its fine beaches, Roman City of Salona and Krka National Park with its beautiful waterfalls.

This was a perfect spot for the 6 of us. The multilayered apartment offered enough space for all. The rooftop deck was spectacular! Walking to distance to everything. The host was the best!

Fantastic trip

The property was clean and beautiful and Gordon’s hospitality was greatly appreciated. Just down the street from the old city and main plaza. Fantastic location, fantastic food, and a wonderful time spent with family. Would for sure recommend to anyone looking to travel in the area. Hope to be back soon!

Lovely stay in Split

A fun, quirky place for friends and family to stay, lived-in and well-loved. Our host Gordan was communicative and helpful, and the place was in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from the Split Old Town. Not for those who have troube with steps, but the crowning glory is the fabulous rooftop deck overlooking the town and the bays. . Lively!

Beautiful, clean, spacious, great location!

We stayed at Gordan's 3 bedroom apartment and I can't think of anywhere more perfect. Gordan is a great host, extremely helpful from beginning to the end. Absolutely everything we could have needed was there.The location was perfect close to everything and we loved rooftop terrace. Would I stay here again, in a heartbeat! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and I hope we see you again!

Gordon was a great host. He met us at the house and reviewed everything with us and was available if we needed him. There are quite a few steps up to the apartment if you have physical problems. The roof rooftop was a plus plus for us. Went up there every evening with a glass of wine to view the beautiful city.One thing would have been nice if we had more bath towels and beach towels as we did a boat excursion needing to bring towelsAll in all, it was a wonderful stay.

Scenic Roof Top Oasis!

A Beautiful magical old home/TOP Floor apartment in a beautiful safe neighborhood. Close walking distance to Pula harbor and old Town. Wonderful friendly bakery on the corner, and a convenient market. Gordan is a great host,with great recommendations and a very attentive host. Fantastic to have a washer and dryer! Would come back,especially to enjoy the rooftop haven!

I could live on the rooftop!

Spacious and located in a quiet area, not too far from the town center of Split. The rooftop is is the place you will want to be on a pleasant evening or a sunny day. Steps away you will find a bakery and small grocery store. Host is very accommodating, available 24/7. I will book this again.

Loved the roof top seating area. Lots of space in the house. Need to be able to climb two sets of stairs into the property. Parking in driveway. Ten minutes walking to old town. Very comfortable.

Fabulous location in Split!

Gordan’s apartment in Split was in the perfect location to walk to the Diocletian Palace as well as the waterfront of old town. The apartment itself is amazing, with period furniture and art works everywhere many by Gordan. The kitchen is well stocked, modern and enabled us to prepare wonderful meals. The beds and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The best feature was the private rooftop terrace with 360° views of Split and the countryside. Make sure you walk up hill by the Natural Park to the Skyline Terrace restaurant and bar for great food, drinks and incredible views. Gordan is a GREAT communicator and very interesting to talk with. We highly recommend Gordan’s property if you stay in the Split area.

Wonderful stay !

This home was just amazing! I would advise anyone looking to grab it.The roof deck is amazing with killer views. There is a cute village grocery and bakery just a few steps down the street.The kitchen is a real kitchen and has It has everything you can want to prepare food and eat at the home if you want ( although the food in Split is excellent ! ). We were able to shop at the open market and cook up breakfasts and lunches. There is plenty of space, the beds are comfortable, the baths are spacious. There is parking right at the building. The area is a quick walk into town through cute streets and the location is very close to Marjan park on the hill, where I found a 4 leaf clover. We would stay here again for a longer visit next time & we will use the grill!

Gordan was an amazing host. The property is exceptional, and it is only an 8 minute walk to all the major sites. The view from the terrace is wonderful. The property is well kept. modern, and very clean. I would quit searching and book this apartment. Brian

Fantastic apartment close to old town split

Gordan is a very friendly host - showing you around the apartment and giving you information about restaurants trips et cetera - very warm & friendly! He is available to contact throughout your stay if you need anything - perfect! He. Also sorted our transfers to the airport and back - very helpful! The apartment is big, comfortable, very clean and has a fantastic roof terrace with stunning views of Split and the sea!! Location is 10 minute walk up a slight incline from the old town - bakery & supermarket nearby - very upmarket & safe neighbourhood. Couldn't fault it!! I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We loved it!

Wonderful apartment near all sights!

Six of us enjoyed two weeks in this beautiful apartment that is furnished with care with every possible comfort in mind. The owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The rooftop deck offers beautiful place to view sunsets, old town Split, and the beautiful Dalmatian coastline. Two grocery stores and a bakery are steps away. Old town Split is a ten minute walk downhill. Parking is also provided making day-trips to surrounding areas by car a convenient possibility. This place has our highest recommendation.

Excellent, Fantastic, We Are Coming Back

We spent five weeks overseas and by far our most favourite place we stayed was Split, Croatia. We loved the town and the accommodation was beautiful. Our host could not have been more helpful and his local knowledge was invaluable. The accommodation was superb, luxurious and had everything we needed. The attention to detail was a real treat and the view, location was all perfect. Can't wait to go back and stay again.

Since we are local,( my family lives here for more than 700 years ) we deal with our guests directly - from key exchanges to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between.
The property is fully furnished and have all the amenities of home.
