MM Villa is a modern 3-bedroom Villa with a private pool in the traditional village of Vryses, located only 7 km from the town of Georgioupoli and the sandy beach. A few nice taverns, a supermarket, a bakery, a traditional cafe and a pharmacy store are found at 700 meters away. The picturesque town of Chania is located 31 km west and Rethymno town is located 28 km east.

The ground floor level of MM Villa offers an open plan living room area with a fireplace and a dining area. A fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen counter and stools as well as a common bathroom are also provided on this floor.

An interior staircase leads to the top floor of the villa, where the master bedroom with a double bed, that can be converted into two single beds, is offered. One more double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a common shower bathroom are provided on this level. Free wireless internet, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and hairdryer are available.

The courtyard of the villa offers a private pool with sun loungers and a shaded barbecue area with an outdoor dining table, a wood oven and barbecue. Guests can enjoy beautiful nature views, a lovely garden area with orange trees, lemon trees and rosemary in addition to a small vineyard. Private parking space is provided.

Vryses is a famous traditional village of Crete with many taverns, mini-markets, a supermarket, a bakery and a patisserie. It is a peaceful place to have lunch or dinner under the plane trees, and it is also a 10-minute distance from the lovely sandy beach.
