Welcome to Casa Arriba, the perfect family house! This 4-bedroom 3-bathroom home sleeps 12 people. Enjoy the wood-burning fireplace in the open-concept living room with large windows looking out over the deck and forest. The kitchen is fully furnished with a drip coffee maker and has plenty of seating for game night, the dining room table has six chairs and there are four barstools for the kitchen counter. There are two bedrooms on this lower level. The first bedroom has a queen size bed; the second bedroom has a queen size bed with a door to the back patio. There is a hallway bathroom that has a walk-in shower and a tub. On the upper level, there is the third bedroom with one double-size bed and one queen bed, and a sleeper sofa along with a private deck. There is a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom is the primary bedroom with a large king-size bed and an en-suite with a claw foot tub and walk-in shower and private deck. The porch is all enclosed with gates and wire-filled slats. There is a porch swing and a few chairs, and the back of the house is fully enclosed as well with some outdoor seating. There is a washer/ dryer in the home and free WI-FI.

PET FRIENDLY: If bringing pets, there is a $200 + tax non-refundable pet fee and 2 dog's max.

LOCATION: This home is approximately 5.9 mile or 16-minute drive from the Angel Fire Mountain activities. Shared community indoor heated pool located at the Angel Fire Country Club approximately 3.1 miles or 12-minute drive (fee applies)
PARKING: On-site parking for 2 to 3 vehicles
INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.

ANGEL FIRE COUNTRY CLUB: Open to the public. A fitness center and indoor heated pool are available for a small fee. Fine dining and full bar at Elements.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
