Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes of Okemo Mountain Resort at this two-bedroom condo in the ever-popular Winterplace development. Returning home at the end of the day is so convenient - just ski down to Winterplace from the top or take the lift up from the base lodge area.

As you step inside, you'll find space for your winter clothes and gear by the door, as well as free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. There's a full kitchen, an open dining space, and a bright living room with a TV where guests can enjoy group movie nights by the warmth of the fireplace.

With seasonal community amenities that include an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, and tennis and basketball courts, Winterplace is a wonderful spot to find both relaxation and adventure. There are two chair lifts that come up from the base lodge area and let out by Winterplace, while the trail leading back down to the base lodge from Winterplace is rated for beginners, making this a fantastic location for skiers of all skill levels.

The skiing was good and the location is great. The condo was clean but it seems everything was shoved in the closets and drawers. We couldn’t use any of the bedroom closets or hall closet because they were filled with bags of stuff. I’m guessing sheets and towels, etc. we’ve stayed in Winterplace many times and this was by far the most “beat up” unit we’ve stayed in. It can definitely use a make over. All in, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Had to be the best location for Ski-on/Ski off I've ever stayed at. Location is within spitting distance to Lift A. Pool & hot tub are also very close which added a nice touch!

Slopeside, Okemo resort condominium.

Except for a few minor issues noted earlier that could be easily addressed by maintenance personnel, the condo was very nice and comfortable and had a great location near a ski lift that made it ski in/ski out.

Great Winterplace option

We’ve stayed at Winterplace several times, and this was the best in term of proximity to the hill (G building sits right next to the A-Quad drop off), cleanliness, upkeep (some WP units can be a little dated/beat), and layout. Was also well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Very satisfied.

Location, location, location

It is so nice just to wake up and be right on the mountain ready to hit the trails. It is also so convenient when taking breaks and even lunch. You don't have to fight to get a seat at the lodge and eat .... well fast food. It felt like having our own winter home/apt.

Very Clean and had all the amenities as advertised. We had fun at the pool and the grounds were very tidy. I called the maintenance number because the faucet in the kitchen was shaking when the cold water was turned on. The repair was simple. The cold water had not been turned on all the way. We had trouble with the washing machine but it was ok. I would suggest leaving the instructions since there are so many different kinds.I would recommend this place to friends.

Was cold in the condo with the windows a big draft. Was hard to keep the condo warm. Dishwasher was difficult and would not start. Having Pam for cooking or better pans is needed.

First the bad. The smart TV are a pain. If you go bring your passwords for U tube, Prime, Disney, ECT. Bring fire starters and old newspapers to start fire place. The good, you can not get much closer to the lift. Great view, a seat by the door to put boots on. Good water pressure, all the hot water you could ever want. Loads of storage and hangers , filters for coffee maker , aluminum foil, cork screw , Easy check in / check out. Very clean ,good towel (standard size), comfortable bed.

Perfect Location for Skiers/Boarders

This condo in Winterplace on Okemo was the perfect location! Our family of 5 loved being able to walk right outside to the slopes, and pop back for lunch each day. The main space was comfy - we had a fire every night. The condo was stocked with most kitchen items we needed to cook (except ice cube trays!) TIP: Bring all the food you need - no condiments were left there other than salt and pepper and sugar and veg oil. The towels provided by Vacasa were SMALL and rough, and could not have been used for the pool. It would have been nice to have larger towels and a few beach-sized pool towels. Overall - this was a great spot! But for the price, I would suggest that Vacasa makes sure that ALL necessary kitchen equipment is there and that nicer and more towels were provided.

Beautiful and Clean rental

Everything was very clean, well equiped & location was perfect. We had a hard time accessing the condo. The code that was sent was different than what was on the app- neither of which worked. When we tried to contact Vacasa, we had a very difficult time reaching anyone at 11pm when we arrived. We had to wait over an hour to get the correct code. Which was a completely different code than what was emailed, on the app, or was given the first time we reached customer service. Other than the difficulty accessing, the rental was perfect.

Upon checking in, I was surprised to see that the unit was not cleaned before I arrived. There were various trash items(beer can, bottle caps, paper, etc) throughout the unit. There was several food crumbs scattered throughout the kitchen, living room and dining room area floors. The fireplace was not cleaned out of old wood/ASH and the surrounding floor was completely covered in ASH from previous fires. The coffee table was covered in ASH as well. The kitchen counter tops as well as the kitchen walls had food residue. The whole unit from top to bottom needs a proper cleaning. The unit also had multiple pieces of broken/damaged furniture.I contacted Vacasa right away about this issue and also sent multiple pictures. I received a text back from Vacasa with an apology and that they would refund my cleaning fee. The local housekeeping team was never sent to rectify the issue.For the price that I paid for the rental property, it is unacceptable that the unit was rented to me in this condition. We had to spend the first hour of our vacation cleaning an apartment. I will not recommend Vacasa to anybody in the future.

Slope Side Convenience

Our family enjoyed the convenience of staying ski in - ski out. We had two children with us 7 and 4 that both ski, but do not last all day. It was great to be able to go back to the Condo easily for breaks. The condo was clean , well equipped and very cozy. It was nice to have a washer and dryer available . We would rent here again. Thank you.

Once again, a perfect spot for us!

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Winterplace G205. It’s the perfect size for our family of 5. It was super cold and we enjoyed cozy fires in the fireplace every night. The ski in and ski out location is amazing.

Steps from the top of A lift. You view the lift from the living room. Apartment was a bit dated, but clean and without clutter. Bed was pretty decent for a rental. We basically park and do nothing but ski and eat. Easy check in and out.
