Whether you’re here in the winter or summer, Winterplace Getaway A101 on Okemo Mountain Resort is the perfect location to discover plenty of fun outdoor adventures. In the winter, walk to the slopes from your accommodation for skiing and snowboarding, along with the challenging Terrain Parks. On Okemo Mountain and a short ride away is an abundance of trails for either snowshoeing or cross country skiing.

After a full day on the slopes or hiking in the mountains, relax at the indoor hot tub and pool at the Pool House steps away from your front door or sit by your own cozy wood-burning fireplace and play board games with family or friends or watch a favorite movie or TV show.

In warm weather, cycling and mountain biking can be done from the property with bike rentals and mountain lifts available. Near the base of the mountain is the beautiful Fox Run Golf Course. Several nearby lakes provide spectacular kayaking and SUP opportunities. Camp Plymouth Lake State Park has a wonderful sandy beach, refreshment stands, tree-covered picnicking areas, and boat and paddleboard rentals for a fun family day outing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Yes, here is some of feedback. Unfortunately there was a lot of issues.1. Upon arrival, there was a huge puddle at the entrance by the entry door. We could not get in to the apartment without getting our shoes soaked.2. Shower drain was clogged. Today they finally came and fixed it after multiple calls.3. This is probably the biggest issue. This unit is advertised for sleeping 9. This is inaccurate, it sleeps 8. There is one queen bed, one double bed, TWO twin beds (bunk beds), and one pull out sofa. We were two families with 9 people total. With only 8 places, we had to put 3 in the queen bed. Not an ideal rental for the price and not what was advertised.Our stay was good overall for skiing but we will not be returning.

Great location and place was very clean upon arrival. The HVAC system needs updating as it's very loud and tough to keep temperature consistency in the condo.

Amazing condo

We came skiing in Okemo and stayed at the property and were absolutely thrilled with the condo. The place is highly equipped with everything needed for a stay, the communication with the property management was wonderful and the location is perfect. Highly recommend it! We will definitely go back!

Good location at Okemo

This property was cozy and accommodating for our family size. Location was close to the pool (pool staff could be friendlier). Short walk to ski slopes. Small washer/dryer. The furnace didn’t appear to have been serviced since 2021, and it made a very loud noise every time it turned on. Property is a bit dated, but it served our family well for a 3 night stay.

Great location , comfortable condo

We had a great stay in this comfortable condo. Location is great, walk past a few other buildings in the complex and you are at the ski lift. We appreciated the dorm style second bedroom with two sturdy bunkbeds. More comfortable for adult kids without having anyone sleep on the pullout in living room or making them share a bed. The only issue we had was with the lock code entering the condo, and the delay in communication with Vacasa property management to resolve it. They were able to reset the code to one that worked, but it took over two hours to resolve the situation upon our arrival. The customer service at Vacasa is not staffed appropriately if we dont get responses for over an hour or more.

Older unit that has seen better days

We were in A101 at Winter Place. This is a roomy condo with a fireplace, which made the after ski nice and cozy. It has a small but we’ll equipped kitchen. Unfortunately the tv wasn’t working, we had issues with the cleanliness of the beds (blood stain and hair), the windows are drafty, the floor in the master bedroom is very cold even if carpeted. The heating in this unit is very bad and extremely noisy. It’s difficult to have adequate temperature in both the master suite and the living area, either you freeze or you boil! You can see daylight all around the outside main door, making the entryway very cold. We have stayed in many ski condos over the years, and this was by far the most expensive one. I understand that holidays are premium, but we were expecting more for the price we paid.

Misrepresented condo

I didn’t realize VACASA was a property mgmt co that is located out of state with only foreigners to talk with. Just Google guest reviews of them. -condo is not 1794 sq ft…more like 1100 to 1200 -this condo is BELOW grade, very cold bathroom floors -heating system extremely loud if you’re in the Primary bedroom -King mattress need replacement -the unit was terribly dirty..eventually worked this out with housekeeping -so the beds have duvets with NO covers..ewww…apparently this is an owner option whether to supply those or not and without covers they are not cleaned with every guest change over. -there is wood, but no kindling or anything to start a fire (other than matches or lighter) -this unit is super old. It needs a makeover
