Or have a drink while fishing. When you go out the nearby restaurants are fantastic and the beach is quiet, clean and just steps away! Living room and bedrooms have Smart TVs and high speed internet.

This was our 3rd year in a row staying in the Canal cottage, we can't say enough good things about Justin the owner, just a great person. Hutchinson Island is a beautiful location, with great places to eat on and off the island.We will be coming back!!

Great Place, Great Location

Fantastic place, this is our second year. Justin is great to work with. The views are amazing. Love the back patio and access to the beach. Can't wait for next year!

Great Location

We stayed two weeks at Justin's place and it was fantastic. Great views and easy access to the private beach. Justin was very responsive to any questions. It was nice to have two en suites for two couples. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great area. Highly recommend.

Relax and Recharge!!

This property was a great place to relax and recharge for the long weekend. We absolutely loved everything about the place and will definitely plan to stay here again. Justin was great to work with from the very first point of contact to the very end. He is one of the best I have worked with through VRBO.

Very clean and charming home in a quaint neighborhood on S. Hutchinson Island. We enjoyed the relaxing canal view and watching the pelicans fish for their dinner! Location is very convenient to great restaurants and has a private beach access. Justin was extremely communicative and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Piece of paradise!

We loved our stay, great location. Place is beautiful, great decor, enjoyed the dolphins in the canal. Host was great, immediate response and very accommodating. Look forward to another stay there.
