This 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home is located just two blocks walk from the beach, restaurants, shops casino, and more! This lovely two-story home debuts sleek floors, modern amenities, and lots of natural light, great for enjoying your time on Catalina island!

If you are looking for the perfect Catalina weekend getaway, venture to this property that is ideally suited for small groups and families looking for a relaxing vacation!

The spacious living room offers lots of room and light for everyone to spend time together and watch a movie during your stay, after a day at the beach. Cooking is a breeze with the home's fully equipped kitchen, lots of counter space, an electric stove and all the culinary essentials. Enjoy your meals at the large dining table for at least 8 people, right next to the private patio and BBQ.

Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms with comfortable furnishings modern decor, easing you into dreamland at the close of your day. The master bedroom features a Queen size bed and large balcony with beautiful mountain views. There is a spacious Queen Aero Bed - blow up bed in the closet! This home comes with the complimentary use of a golf cart (4 passenger seat ).

QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

The house was great and having the golf cart made it even better. Having the use of beach umbrella's and chairs was an added bonus. It was very comfortable and we woukd stay there again.

Good Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a great location and the golf cart was a great addition to the property. The beds were comfortable and the living area was big enough for all of us to gather. Communication with the property person was good. My only complaint was this: about 1 and 1/2 hours after leaving the property, my grandson realized that he had left his gaming system, a switch, in the bedroom he stayed in. I immediately emailed the property manager who had someone check the room. The switch was not found. I asked if possibly the cleaning people had placed it in the gaming cabinet in the dining room but never received a response. I understand that this was my grandson's fault for leaving such an expensive item behind but what could have happened to it in the 2 hours we were gone?! I am skeptical as to what happened to it. As far as the property and the amenities it offered, I am very happy and would rent this place again. I will just make sure that we leave nothing behind as I don't think things will be retrieved once you leave the property.

Dive trip

Great stay at this Rental! Was perfect for our groups dive trip to the island. It was amazing having the golf cart to shuttle gear to the dive park and the back patio area with a hose to rinse gear off after dives. House was super comfy and roomy, only downside was the uncomfortable bunk beds, but it was worth it for a place that could hold so many people. Thanks for the great stay!
