A Wave From It All

Third floor condo with a great view of the gulf and just a couple minutes walk to the sandy white beach. Cozy 1 bed 1 bath unit that will sleep 5. Perfect for couples or a family with a couple kids. Queen in master, built in bunks in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Laundry in unit and easy access to to pool and hot tub. The kitchen offers a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes/utensils, coffee maker and more. This unit has complimentary wireless internet and cable tv.
This is a non-smoking unit and while we love our dog too, no pets are allowed in any rental units in the Grand Caribbean.

The place was very clean. We had a little trouble getting our code to work, but they worked with us quicly and everything was fine. The view is great. Would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at Mikes place!! Had a an issue with getting in with the keypad but Mike was only a phone call away and super quick to get it resolved!! We love the location and the view was great even though we weren’t directly on the ocean we could see it! Plus you can still see the pool from the balcony We had plenty of room for sleeping with 3 teenagers and 2 adults as well as everything needed to cook. The walk to the beach was so convenient I wish check in were earlier like 3pm and then check out more like 9am When you travel 9-10 hours it would certainly be nice to get into your place sooner so you have time to unpack and rest a bit.

Mike was super helpful and accommodating. The room was nice and the view to not be in the ocean was a plus! Would definitely stay here again!

Very Clean and desirable location

Our stay was amazing. When we checked into the condo I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness. The short walk to the beach was in itself worth the booking. Michael was also very responsive and helpful to my inquiries. The pool area was also very clean and well kept.

Our family enjoyed our stay! Wonderful area and condo. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and is decorated really nice. The beach access nearby was great but we recommend visiting Johnson Beach too. It’s only a mile away and it is beautiful!

A wave from it all

We really enjoyed our stay at Michael’s condo. It’s obvious he takes a lot of pride in his condo and his attention to detail. The condo was beautifully done. He was easy to contact, about a few minor things when we arrived. We would definitely like to return to this property in the near future.

Great spot for the beach and nice pool!

Had a couple of issues checking in but Mark answered his phone immediately and was very helpful. Make sure you read the welcome notebook when you first get there it is very helpful. Mark spent a lot of time on it;).The small stroll to the beach was easy and the pool and hose down area the property supplied was very nice as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and the location is a prime location. The beds were so comfy and there was enough room for everyone. He also had a fun ring and hook game on the porch we used when it rained. Mark thought of everything and location was great! Thank you Mark!!

Wonderful stay

Overall wonderful stay. Small hiccup with the checkin but handled quickly. Absolutely would stay again. Short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to nearby Johnson Beach which was much more quiet and ever so beautiful.

Great stay right near the beach

Perfect stay for my family with two kids near the beach. The condo was very clean amd suited our needs well. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The beach is a short walk away but you'll want some sandals or slip ons because you have to cross some pavement and there are sharp shells on the sandy walkway down to the pristine beach Overall we loved the property and would stay here again.

Great getaway

We had a good time. The condo is very nice. It has everything you need! We did have a little trouble getting in but Mike was able to help us immediately. There are security cameras in the condo that you have to disable when uou check in. I feel like that needs to be said. It was very very clean. The pool was wonderful and the beach is just a quick easy walk across the street.

Do not stay here!

This place has a SERIOUS roach infestation. As soon as we walked in my husband saw one come out from under the bed and go into the closet. At first we were going to deal but once we walked into the kitchen and turned on the light there were about 10 on the kitchen counter that just scattered and then one started crawling up my husband's leg as we were standing in the bedroom. To top it off they had a camera pointed at the children's bunk beds, totally against VRBO policy by the way. We were unable to stay in this place with 2 young children and had to find another place in the middle of the night. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you like you children being watched by strangers and taking roaches home with you. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another place!

The property was great at a laid back beach location. Unfortunately, there was a maintenance issue that was not resolved during our stay. We would stay there again in the future.

Perfect for a long weekend

The condo is very cute had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect size for my husband and me. Everything we needed to cook was in the kitchen. Michael was easy to reach and very nice.

This place was perfect for us. It’s hard to find beach access, a pool and grills to cook on but this place had it all. Highly recommend.

Wonderful, clean condo

This was a perfect spot for my 10 year old daughters and myself. The condo was very clean, conveniently located, and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub area. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice location and comfortable condo

We really enjoyed our stay. We liked the close proximity to the beach and enjoyed the pool also. The condo was cute and comfortable and had what we needed. The host was very responsive which was much appreciated.

Perfect beach vacay!

The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated! Many details and extras were provided for comfort such as personal fans on the bunk beds and plenty of hooks for drying wet towels. Was nice to relax in the hot tub at the end of the day. Would most definitely visit again :)

Great place!

Very nice rental. Easy three minute walk to the beach. The beach was nice and wasn't very crowded any of the days we went. The pool and hot tub were nice as well. The condo was clean and well equipped. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
