BOSTWICK is our most spacious, rustic yet elegant King room. It is located on the 1st Floor of the Carriage House and offers 2 large comfortable reading chairs. 247 sq. ft., King bed, private bathroom, mini-fridge. Max. occupancy 2 (Adults only, 21+.)

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the bathtub. Leave bathrobes on the coat hangers.
Place all trash and recycling in the bin by the back porch of the main building.
Turn off lights, AC, heat. Close/lock the room door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We are a no-shoes home. Own slippers / indoor soft-sole shoes / socks/barefoot OK. We offer complimentary new disposable slippers by advance request.
Both buildings' front/entrance door(s) must be locked at all times. All guests are issued unique access codes for our digital locks. No visitors.
Guests do not have access to the Inn's kitchen, laundry facilities, basement, storage areas, private quarters, outdoor water/electrical supply.

Lovely B&B with charming hosts in great location

Rose and Anatoly are interesting and friendly hosts at their well-maintained and comfortable B&B. Shelburne proved to be a great location for our 4-night stay: a quiet town offering both good access to Burlington and the amazing local Shelburne Museum, which is unlike anything we’ve encountered before in its diversity and quality of exhibits. Highly recommended!
