Biarritz is a gated complex with large swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, pickleball court, pretty landscaping & lighting & covered parking! Has double shower!

Fantastic Stay

Wonderful stay at this property in a fantastic location! The view was incredible, The condo was absolutely beautiful with many extra touches. Ruth was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo

We loved this condo. It’s exactly as shown in the photos. Great location within walking distance to many restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped. Beautiful, quiet pool area. Ruth was wonderful to deal with and check in was so easy.

Great Little Condo Close to Downtown

The condo was very clean and well appointed.The location was close to the downtown Palm Springs area with a nice view of the mountains in the distance. The only negative was the proximity to a main thoroughfare. It sits facing Ramon Rd. which is heavily traveled from about 6:00am to 10:00pm resulting in a lot of traffic noise.

The condo has new double glazed windows and black out curtains. Modernism Week is the busiest week of the year and so there is more traffic than normal. The south facing wall of windows means a stunning 180 degree view of the mountains, snow and downtown and loads of sunshine flooding into the condo to enjoy during winter. Being 2 blocks from downtown means you are right in the thick of the fun of town and the plus is you are walking distance to everything.

I was born and raised in the outback of South Australia and moved to the USA in 1994. My husband and I own a luxury Travel Company that specializes in designing unique vacations for Americans to Australia, New Zealand, Islands of the South Pacific and Africa. In 2011 we purchased this home in Palm Springs because we love it there so much. It inspired me to go back to college and get my Masters in Interior Architecture from UCLA. I am passionate about Mid Century Architecture, Architects and Design. I have attended all Modernism Weeks since 2011 and have been fortunate to meet the late Donald Wexler and Hugh Kaptur. We love the way our home reflects Palm Springs way of life.

We love this condo. It is an end unit so once you close the front door you can not see or hear anyone else in the complex. The oversized balcony has stunning views over south Palm Springs and the mountains as well as downtown. South facing it enjoys amazing sunshine in the spring, fall and winter. In summer when the sun is higher and because of the sun shades you can shade the condo. It has a great layout and has everything you need. So much better than a hotel with a quieter large pool and 2 hot tubs as 2 tennis courts. This is true relaxation. The funky and fun interior design makes it so much more.
