The Century I units, located in Ocean City, Maryland, are unique split-level vacation townhouses, most offering a spectacular view of both the Atlantic Ocean and Assawoman Bay. Central air conditioning, all appliances, bayside and oceanfront balconies. High speed lobby elevators and separate beach elevator. Most units offer free HBO and Showtime. Two bedroom, two bath vacation rental units available. Non-refundable building registration fee required.

Beautiful 14th-floor condo, totally remodeled in 2021. Lovely full views of the beach from one bed room and living room, and the bay from the other bed room. New luxury vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances and new kitchen cabinets. Carrara marble top vanities for both bathrooms and upgraded Kohler one piece toilets and Delta shower with sliding doors. New mattresses in bedrooms and new living room furniture. Three TVs with cable and HBO. Two Apple TV connections. Renters locker in the basement for beach equipment. The building offers a covered pool, gym and sauna.

Things to Know
Please note: During the off-season, After Labor Day and before Memorial Day the building will be doing balcony reconstruction work. Construction will take place on weekdays, and guests may experience some intermittent noise during this time.A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out.A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out.The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental.Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
