Winter or Summer, this family-friendly home is conveniently located to all Avon and Beaver Creek have to offer. Located on Nottingham Lake/Park, there is no shortage of recreation just steps from your door, including 48 acres of open space, Nottingham Lake for fishing, paddle-boating, and SUP (stand-up paddleboarding). The park is complete two athletic fields, large children's playground, beach and swim area, recreational paths for walking, jogging, biking, three tennis courts, two basketball courts, a softball field on the west end of the park, two sand volleyball courts located next to the beach on the north side of the lake, and a large an amphitheater. Just the other side of the park is the Eagle River and Eagle River Bike Trail which you can take West to Edwards or East to Vail Pass or beyond. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance, or hop on the free bus which comes every 30 minutes, and will take you throughout town including to the grocery store, or to the slopes (one mile from Westin Gondola and three and a half miles from Beaver Creek Village).
