This luxurious 2bed, 2bath home has been recently remodeled to provide you with a plush modern stay on your ski or summer trip. Kitchen is open concept with island complete with beverage cooler for an entertaining and spacious stay. Four beds plus a pullout provide for a cozy stay for up to 7 people. Beds are new with luxury bedding and include a King and Queen and plush towel sets. Bathrooms and kitchen have heating underneath the tiles for that spa feeling. Laundry in unit and fully stocked kitchen for any meal you wish to cook plus a Weber grill on the patio. Compare to luxury condos on the mountain at a fraction of the price. Fast private wifi and Roku on all the tvs. Private shuttle to take you right to Beaver Creek or Vail on the weekends. Walk to everything including lake and rec center next door.

Host was welcoming and responded to our questions about the property. Great location and access to Beaver Creek and Vail for skiing. The condo shuttle to the gondola is so convenient.

Minimalist, not luxury

We (4 adults) stayed 5 nights. We knew the location was not ideal, but with scant Uber service in Avon, we were exponentially inconvenienced. The condo is far from luxurious, ie., 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms, no soap for washing hands, 3 pods for dishwasher, no laundry detergent, dirty bathrugs, sofa smelled of pets, pillows old & gross, so overall, we will not use Demetri Fefes for any future stays nor recommend.

Family ski vacation

We used the property for our family winter break vacation. Property was very clean and well maintained. Location allowed relatively easy access to beaver creek slops, however, it takes some time. So, if kids are in ski school, you need to get out relatively early. Property owner was very friendly and responsive! Definitely we will consider this property again next time we plan our vacation at Avon.
