The views from the rear balcony and pool deck are simply breathtaking and are not something you forget. Multiple dolphin sightings and we even saw a manatee from the end of the dock. The house was very well equipped from all aspects: cooking (including BBQ), activities, portable beach equipment, music system, TV’s, etc. Beautiful sunrises and enjoyable sunset views across Estero Bay. The hosts were helpful and attentive to all our needs.

Our family stayed at this wonderful home the week of Thanksgiving and enjoyed every minute. We were 5 adults and 5 grandchildren, ages 4-13, and the spaciousness of the home and outdoor spaces allowed everyone to relax and bask in the unparalleled setting. The pool and hot tub were very popular and we took many easy walks to the beach. The kitchen was spacious and a cook's dream, having everything you could need to prepare even a Thanksgiving dinner! There is no question the Tatters have gone to great lengths to make your stay memorable, and you will not be disappointed. If you are looking for a beautiful home, on the bay, for your stay in Bonita Springs, I recommend this property without hesitation or reserve.

AMAZING place!!

We had 2 families stay at Bruce’s place for Spring Break and we had such a great time! The house is beautiful, it has everything you could possibly need (and more) and the location couldn’t be beat! Bruce was excellent at communication and very accommodating. We would absolutely come back here to stay again. Can’t say enough good things about this place…one of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in!!

Family memories!

What a wonderful holiday house! From making the reservation to the end of our visit, Bruce was welcoming and responsive. There was nothing but fun and relaxation for our three generations of family - four including a visit from the great grandparents who live in Naples, but no longer able to travel. Easy access to the beach by car or a 10 minute walk. We LOVED the covered porch and pool time. We hope to return for another stay!

If you’re considering booking Bruce’s home, stop considering and just book it. Bruce was so easy to work with and responsive.Our extended family of 10 (ages 13–78) stayed here for two weeks over the winter holidays and had an absolutely amazing time. The back pool, dock, and wraparound porch quickly became our favorite spots. We saw dolphins daily and were lucky enough to spot two manatees one day.The house easily accommodated all of us, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had their own space. We loved cooking and sharing meals together in the kitchen and gathering around the huge dining table.The teenagers were thrilled with the pool table, ping pong table, basketball hoop, and their own hangout area. They also loved being able to rent the jet skis one day. The neighborhood is wonderful, and the walk to the beach was so easy that we went every single day.We loved this house so much that we’re already talking about coming back next holiday season.

The Tatters once again were the consummate hosts in every way possible. Bruce is always upgrading with the best amenities he can, making your stay as enjoyable as possible down to the last detail. Be ready for a daily dolphin show and some of the best fishing right by the dock. It's a perfect family vacation home for all ages. at the end, everyone was sad to leave. A true hallmark of a great vacation. It was a unanimous decision. We'll book again for our 4th year.

Family vacation

Our stay was fantastic. The house was large and very comfortable. The location was beautiful and as described. The views off the back yard were great with numerous sitings of dolphins passing by. The family had a lot of fun with the ping pong and pool table. Bruce was a great host and very communicative. He provided all you need or could ask for. We would love to come back and stay again!

Awesomeness

We vacationed here for two and a half weeks. It was wonderful! The property was spacious and well maintained. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. We saw dolphins everywhere and even saw a few manatees! We also caught snook and snapper off the dock. The owner, Bruce, was extremely helpful - he’s the best host we’ve encountered on VRBO.

The place was even more beautiful than the pictures. It had everything we could have asked for. The ocean was a quick trip, but we spent most of our time in the pool. The seating around the pool was great and the pool temperature was lovely! We can’t wait to go back! We had 5 adults, one teenager, two toddlers and an infant, and Everybody was happy! Loved having my kids and grandkids all to myself for an entire week. The grocery store, an ice cream shop, a coffee bar were all a short drive away. There was not only a beautiful grill, but a smoker that we enjoyed using several times. Our Host was fabulous - very attentive to our questions and needs.

Perfect for our family

Long walnut kitchen table was beautiful and perfect for our family meals! Lots of places for adult kids to hang out - pool, hot tub, living area in basement and main floor, outdoor pool or wrap around deck. Enjoyed grilling and large screen tv. Made many walking trips to beach. Groceries, restaurants, and St Leo’s church all within 10 min drive. Thanks for the memories.

Paradise Found!

Our family of 14 enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful home with a gorgeous view. The house was very well equipped, including the pack n play, and so comfortable! Having multiple gathering areas worked especially well for everyone. The outdoor space was perfect! The decks were great for watching the sunrise, eating, reading, napping, and relaxing. The pool was a real favorite of the kids, but we all enjoyed it. The hot tub was a treat for the cooler times. Our grandkids had so much fun fishing from the dock. We were lucky to see many dolphins, some manatees, and a couple of iguanas, in addition to the many boats and kayaks. The walk to the beach was easy, too. We would love to return again to this relaxing paradise!

Understated Beauty

First off let me say the host (Bruce) was amazing and responded to all our questions promptly. This property did not disappoint. In fact Bruce understated it’s beauty. The views are phenomenal from both the upper and lower levels. We saw Dolphins on a daily basis. The pool gave the kids hours upon hours of entertainment too. Everything was perfect. From the well equipt kitchen, Traeger & Solaire grills, Sonos music system throughout, HUGE live edge dinning table, plenty of comfortable patio furniture and well furnished bedrooms. We couldn't have asked for a better location to make many family memories.

2nd consecutive year.

Once again the Tatters made us feel like welcome guests. For some in our group that didn't make the trek the previous year, their impression of the house was the same as ours initially. The house itself feels instantly comfortable with thoughtful and cozy furnishings throughout. You'll feel like welcome guests in their home. It's certainly not a generic turn key rental. Quality is everywhere throughout. You will have everything you'll possibly need If you plan to cook, The Tatters have left no stones unturned for a wonderful, comfortable stay. Their attention to detail to enhance their guests time there is very apparent. Even down to the luxurious thick bathroom towels.

Memorable Family Vacation

Was a great family vacation to celebrate our 40th anniversary! We had 8 adults and 6 small children in our group and had lots of room. We especially enjoyed the pool and the large dining room table that allowed us to all eat our meals together in the evenings. There were 2 Seadoos at the house that we were able to rent and we really enjoyed taking them out for the day. Spotted a few dolphins from the deck several days and lots when we took the seadoos out. Even spent a little time fishing from the dock using the poles in the garage. Plenty of places to sit, rest and read stories both inside in the living room and outside on the deck. Enjoyed the pool toys in the garage and beach umbrella, chairs and beach toys when we went to the ocean. We rented a couple of wagons for the week so it was an easy walk to the ocean with the kids. Bruce was very responsive any time I had a question or needed something. We would definitely recommend this house for your family getaway!

BEST 40TH ANNIVERSARY TRIP

I could not have asked for a better week at this beautiful home. It had everything we could possibly need. The owners even went out and bought board games, pack-n-play and a high chair for our stay. I was VERY impressed by this. The house is huge and we had plenty of space for everyone!!! Each couple had their own room and full bath which was great! The back deck was used ALOT for coffee in the morning, conversations and just laid back time. It overlooked the pool and the water. We loved watching the boats go by all day. It truly was just a short 5 min walk to the beach! Top of the line on linens, kitchen utensils, plates and both grills (one a Traeger) was used alot. Needless to say, if we go back there again as a family WE WILL RENT THIS HOUSE!!! I know anyone that rents it will certainly enjoy!!!

Exceeded Our Expectations! BEAUTIFUL AND SPACIOUS

Wow is an understatement! This property was spectacular. My husband, our seven children, ages 22 down to 11, and I enjoyed this property for a week. There was ample (and beautifully appointed) space. We all played in the pool, relaxed in the hot tub, engaged in competitive games of billiards and ping pong, enjoyed fishing off the dock, where we landed snook, redfish, catfish, and even netted a crab. We also enjoyed viewing the dolphin swimming in front of the property too. It was a wildlife extravaganza with lizards outside, and even cute baby crabs. The sunrise with a cup of coffee each morning started the day and the path along the Gulf made for wonderful daily walks and jogs. We were within minutes of the grocery store and gym, along with many delicious restaurants. Ten out of ten, possibly eleven. Thank you for helping our busy, happy family slow down and create beautiful memories.

It was perfect......

Our family has been vacationing in the Bonita area for decades. In that time we've never found a place that suited our all our needs so well as much as this one. The view is nothing short of spectacular with several manatee and dolphin sightings! Where we've had past rentals where the house didn't live up to it's pictures or description, this house was just the opposite. The quality of all the amenities and furnishings are top notch. Way beyond what you would normally see in a rental property. The kitchen is a cooks dream. You'll want for nothing here. It has everything including a first class outdoor grill and a separate Traeger wood pellet smoker. Everywhere you turn, you'll see that great care has been taken to provide guests with a very memorable stay. To the Tatter's credit, we never felt like turnstile renters or tenants. We felt like we were personal guests in their very well maintained, well equipped home. It's a place you'll want to return.
