"La Casita #5" is located in the backside of the community, DIRECTLY ADJACENT to our favorite satellite pool (with bathroom and shower), an oversized hot tub and stunning mountain views in the background.

2) BEST Community: Legacy Villas truly has it all! We are only a quick 3-4 minute walk from the beautiful main pool area that has a kids pool, splash area, adult lap pool, general pool, cabanas at no charge, the Legacy Grill restaurant (seasonal), gas BBQ area, a fully equipped gym, a club house, 2 outdoor fireplaces and a hammock garden. And we are only a 2 minute walk from the start of the gorgeous, private walking trail that surrounds the community. Legacy Villas is an EXCEPTIONAL place to stay!

3) BEST design! We spent over 2 months remodeling and upgrading our villa & studio to make them light and bright and replaced all furnishings with fun, eclectic pieces, cool light fixtures and fans, recessed lighting and wallpaper that screams "VACATION!" The studio was specifically designed to create a luxurious, relaxed and romantic setting for a desert retreat in style.

4) BEST location for enjoying sun! Our front patio faces west and is fully covered, so it only gets hit by the sun in the later afternoon. Perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner al fresco while soaking in the gorgeous views. And the pool with loungers and umbrellas is literally right outside your doorstep...

5) BEST layout! This is one of a very small number of SINGLE STORY lock off units. Most units are 2 story, so with nobody above or below, you'll enjoy a lot more privacy.

6) BEST amenities! We follow the spirit of "more is more" and strive to provide a number of little extras that will help make your stay more comfortable and fun. We have a smart TV with Cable and Netflix, inside and outside we provide a table with 2 chairs to enjoy proper meals or you'll have a place to set up your laptop, we provide a small cooler, pool floaties & towels, bathroom amenities (bath salts, toiletries in case you forgot anything), books, games, a comfy armchair to relax in and a fully stocked kitchenette.

7) BEST bed! A lot of thought has gone into creating the ultimate, romantic canopy bed! Eastern King size, super comfortable pillow top mattress, soft, all cotton linens, a choice of pillows, fluffy down duvet during the cooler months - you will never want to get up in the mornings...

8) BEST Kitchenette! This is a studio unit that does NOT have a full kitchen, however, we really try to make the best of our kitchenette that has a small fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, blender and a 12 cup drip coffee maker with coffee, creamer and sugar provided. We also provide glassware (including wine glasses) and coffee cups in addition to basic dishes, paper towels, knives and a cutting board. With 4 different grocery stores only 5 minutes away (including Trader Joes), you'll have plenty of options for preparing simple meals.

9) BEST parking: There is lots of street parking directly across our unit, super convenient for loading and unloading and some shaded parking just a few steps away.

Coachella and Stagecoach are incredible festivals that bring thousands of music lovers to the desert cities each year. Security at Legacy Villas is increased and wristband systems are implemented to determine who can enter the 24-hour secured and gated entrance, thus ensuring the safety and security of all residents and guests. Bookings for these Festivals are subject to certain restrictions in terms of arrival/departure days, minimum night stays, minimum age requirements, etc. PLEASE BE SURE TO EMAIL US PRIOR TO BOOKING FOR DETAILS!

Also, we require that an adult 25 years or older always be present, there is absolutely no smoking inside the unit and no parties, events or photo shoots are allowed! QUIET TIME from 10pm-7am is to be strictly adhered to.

We respectfully decline bookings with check-in or check out dates on major holidays, including Christmas, New Years, 4th of July and Thanksgiving Day - our house keepers are not working on those days.
