Alison's Wonderland Windsor Hills - no rear neighbors

Escape the park crowds to your private lake-view oasis—one of the few Windsor Hills homes with NO rear neighbors. Or take a short 7-minute stroll to the resort water park—no car keys or parking needed!

6 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa on the lush and beautiful Reedy Lake.

Relax in your newly resurfaced private pool and spa, with free heating, so you can enjoy the water even in the cooler months. Also enjoy the included free BBQ grill on the lanai. Alison's Wonderland's air-conditioned game room includes a pool table, foosball, and Pop-a-Shot Basketball hoops game.


Alison's Wonderland cannot accept animals due to a family member's severe allergies to most cats and dogs.

This villa features a Ring doorbell and cameras on the side of the house. There are no cameras inside the house.

Lovely house

We were a party of 6 adults and 5 children aged 12-16. The house was spacious enough for us all. The beds were all comfortable and the house was clean. The outdoor areas were great. Windsor hills is a nice community and ideal for getting to and from Disney easily. Universal was a bit further but still within a comfortable distance. We would recommend this house and will definitely book again when we return to Orlando.

Nice community, perfect house

We had two families with combined 5 children. We easily had room for another family. Kids and adults loved the house pool and game room. We went to the community water park a few times way too crowded and cold water. Other than the water park the community was very quiet. Kids liked it best back at the house. The parks around the community were nice. We rented basketballs and putters from the club house for $5. One of the King bedrooms has a perfect closet to put a pack n play in if you had a baby. House was very clean. Pool alarm system would be wonderful if you were worried about small kids being around the pool. Would have given the house ten stars if it would have had a TV around the pool area to watch March Madness and need some bigger pans to cook big meals for large number in house.

Perfect family getaway

Wonderful property, perfect for families or large groups. We all had room to spread out. It was located very close to the parks and the community had a lot of great amenities. Alison the owner was helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this property as it was clean, spacious, updated and well appointed.
