Nestled in lush Aina Haina valley in East Honolulu, our family and PET-friendly furnished home is a spacious 3BD residential solar-powered retreat with ocean and mountain views near fantastic hiking trails, parks, beaches, surfing spots, and shopping. Two living areas; fully-stocked kitchen with gourmet appliances; open floor plan; vaulted ceilings; large office with gorgeous views; big, fenced front/backyard with trampoline, gardens, patio, bbq area, 2 friendly hens, and honey bees; neighborhood park around the corner. CAR AVAILABLE! We have a 2014 Toyota Sienna (seats 8) available for the lease term for a reasonable rate per separate agreement.

The minimum lease is 30 days, which can be longer upon request. Discount is available for leases longer than 1 month. The house is fully furnished, kitchen fully stocked with gourmet appliances (Vitamix, Breville Espresso Machine, Breville Juicer, Breville Food Processor, Mixers, etc.). All utilities are included. It's a four bedroom house, but one of them was made into an office. There are two bedrooms downstairs: a master with king size bed and a bedroom with two twin beds. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a bunk bed, full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top.
The second living room downstairs has a desk, piano, chalk board wall, and a couch that has a fold-out queen-size bed. The upstairs has the office with ocean and mountain views and access to the lanai. Perfect for a remote work getaway or family adventure in Hawaii.
