Fully remodeled townhouse, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, all the rooms upstairs one Fulton downstairs in leaving room. My name is Ann Nguyen. I have been in Real estate business for over 15+ years and I has Insurance License. I am vegetarian and practice Buddhism chanting Namo AMITABHA 🙏. I respect all living beings. The property next to Baldwin Lake and downtown Baldwin park you can walk to grocery and all the restaurants. Convenient location waking distance. Good for running biking and walking around the Lake. It takes about 12-15 minutes to downtown Orlando about 30 minutes to Disney world, sea world and universal studio. This is a nice quiet neighborhood. Hope you will find peace and happy at my place. The house was very clean and comfortable. Loved the location. We were able to walk around the lake to Baldwin Park easily. Close to all of our events in Winter Park and downtown Orlando. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for our family! Close to Lake Baldwin and shopping. Kitchen was stocked very well, my mother was able to cook a few dishes to bring to my brother's home where we celebrated Thanksgiving. We look forward to renting here for our next family visit.

Great location. The home is at the end of a quiet, dead end street. You can literally walk out the front door and be on the Cady Trail, or walk into quaint Baldwin Village and the Baldwin Lake loop trail. Roughly 30 -40 mins to the Disney Parks.House has plenty of room with 3 beds, 3 baths and w/d

This was an absolute gem of a find. My Massachusetts family was able to visit my brother's family in Baldwin Park and this house made it such a wonderful trip! The host was extremely communicative, and always asking if we needed anything. The house was super CLEAN. And it had many small appliances that we did not have to pack. I give it an A

Baldwin Park Stay

Our VRBO was great and the area was great. Baldwin Park is a darling community with great walking paths and plenty of beautiful views. Close to everything! Such an enjoyable stay!

The house is very clean and well appointed! I would have given this property a 5 but the surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy. We came in through an area I did not feel comfortable walking through. With that said the other side of the neighborhood is very nice.

Quiet and Comfortable

We loved our time at this townhome. We were so comfortable. The location has a fantastic lake view and the neighbors were exceptionally quiet. Baldwin Park is a fantastic place full of restaurants and walking trails. I would stay at this home again and again.

The house was just outside of a nice neighborhood and had the perfect amount of space. Our only issue with this space was that we found roaches on the counter and on furniture.

Time w/ daughter & family welcoming new grandson

We were very happy to find a place along Cady Way trail within bike riding distance from both our son's & daughters families who live in Winter park. It enabled us our own place while still being close to help daughter w/newborn, be available for older brothers age 4 & 8, and enjoy visits with 18 year old granddaughter, too! We had breakfast picnics outside on front porch before early morning bike rides around Lake Baldwin!

Nice Spot!

This was a conveniently located property with very easy check in. We enjoyed the walking path to Baldwin Park and local restaurants. The neighborhood that the property is technically in is a little rough, but the Baldwin Park side, across the street, is BEAUTIFUL. The interior of the home was clean and modern. My only complaint is that there is a 20 second song loop that plays non stop on both patios.

Perfect for Labor Day Weekend Stay Near Winter Park

This property is on the very edge of a neighborhood that has a various levels of upkeep. However, it is directly next to an amazing community called Baldwin Lake and that has a running, walking, biking trail, and endless paths around Baldwin Lake! There is a planned community with shops and restaurants that are right off this beautiful lake. The property itself was updated, clean and has everything you will need. The property manager is highly responsive!

Sister in law getaway

Lovely rental and perfect location for us! All was fine with the house. The only suggestions would be to get a new coffee maker. The one there would only give you a full cup about half the time. A drip coffee maker would have been nice in addition to a single serve Keurig. Also, the master bath shower door will not stay close and as a result the floor gets all wet.

22nd Anniversary

It was our 22nd anniversary on 8/1/24, in the city where we met, Orlando, actually 32 years ago. However, our commercial cleaning company took over the Baldwin Point building on 8/1/24. So, I tried to do my best to be near the building and spend some quality time with my wife. Staying at this house worked out Great! It was perfectly located to the building, exactly as advertised; very clean/organized and we had dinner at a few local restaurants and the food was phenomenal! Will be going back, For Sure!!

Host communicated promptly. Clean. Well equipped kitchen. A very good stay and would highly recommend! Peaceful view of lake. Both the Cady Way Trail and the loop around Lake Baldwin are very near. Just to note… The “backside” homes of the neighborhood are significantly less upscale than Ann’s and since the townhouse not officially in Baldwin Park there’s no access to its pools and fitness centers, The townhouse is very convenient to center of Baldwin Park for groceries (Publix) and shopping.
