This 3 bedroom, 3 bath 3rd floor condominium at North Breakers has it from nearly every room.

The living and dining area are uncommonly large and set the perfect stage for family gathering whether to play games, enjoy dinner or just watch some television.

The master bedroom with a queen bed and private bath is just off the living area and has access to the front balcony facing the ocean. The second bedroom has a queen bed with balcony access overlooking the pool and hot tubs and the third bedroom offers 2 twins.

The community features direct beach access with a boardwalk, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station.

To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.

Sisters get-away

Great Condo!

We had a great time at the condo! It was one of the most spacious condos we have stayed in and fir our family of 5 well (mom, dad, 2 teenagers and a pre-teen). The views were wonderful and the porch looks out on both the ocean and the pool. There is a fair walk to the beach, but not longer than other properties on East Beach. Thanks for sharing your condo!

Short Stay

Arrived at this place and loved the location and the view. Large space, even though a little older decor. Issue arose first morning with workers redoing the pool right outside out windows. We called about this and were offered to move to another location that was two buildings away and turned out to be nicer and better! Even though a little inconvenient and we lost a day of relaxing, it all worked out well in the end!

Full Ocean View

For future guest. K-cups and drip coffee maker are in condo. If you need a personal fan, bring one. There are a couple of beach chairs in condo, but we did not use as it was cool at the beach. Condo could use a refresh but serviceable. 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms is a definite plus!
