Great place to stay!

I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and other rental properties all over the world, and this is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. It exceeded expectations and looks even better than the pictures. The location is one of the best on St. Simon's Island. I would defintiely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week! The unit had everything we needed. All appliances worked and we even enjoyed some games. There was always hot water and the unit was very clean. We loved sitting on the porch which had a table and chairs and numerous laying out chairs. We got takeout every night and there was room for the family to dine together. All TVs worked in every room and we enjoyed many channels. It was a fabulous trip.

Area at the beach is great

Easy access to pool and beach. The elevator and carts made it easy to take luggage and supplies to the room. The firm mattresses were comfortable. Couch and chairs need help.

Clean Spacious Condo with A Great View

My family and I go to SSI every year, and this was definitely one of our favorite condos we’ve stayed in. This condo has a great view of the gardens, pool, and beach. We loved that we could walk right off our balcony to the garden and pool area. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It is also VERY spacious, with a great layout. We had more than enough room with 6 adults and our toddler. The garden area is absolutely beautiful and the pool temp was perfect everyday. We also loved the super short beach walk over to King and Prince for cocktails! The only negatives were the twin beds could use new mattresses and the kitchen could be updated. Other than that, this condo was perfect and we will be back! :)

Good except for broken elevator

We are all over 80 and the elevator near our room was broken. Incessant very difficult for us to hike every time we left the room and especially when we were hauling our stuff coming and going. We would not stay there again without checking on nearness of elevator and if it is working

Enjoyed our stay!

This condo was great! We loved the ease accessing the beach. The unit has a private walkway/stairs down to pool and out to the ocean. It’s also located near the elevator and luggage carts - a bonus when traveling with elderly parents. The condo had a few repairs needed (garbage disposal, ice maker) and a bit of a facelift needed, but nothing that was urgent. We didn’t even let them know about everything while we were there, so we aren’t upset! I’m sure if we had, someone would have come out to fix them. Only other comment would be that the twin beds aren’t comfortable for adults and one squeaks so bad it not useable (wasn’t an issue - just slept in the other bed). Well stocked with essentials and household items. CLEAN! We really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely rent this unit again!!

Vacation with friends

The property and grounds were pristine. The pool was the perfect temperature, there is a pretty good hike to the actual ocean. This means you have a large beach if that’s what you prefer. We enjoyed our balcony and our beautiful view from our bedroom each morning we could see the sun come up. We enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed having 3 separate bedrooms and separate bathrooms for our party of 5. The kitchen was stocked perfectly & The linens and beds all slept wonderfully. We have rented through VRBO and through Hodnett Cooper on several occasions. We have never gone wrong by using these companies!! We had a wonderful getaway!

Great place for our sister trip

We came here for our annual sister trip and found the condo to be one of the best VRBO’s any of us have rented. It was clean, and amazingly well supplied. Nice beach view and pool access.

Location is Nice, but Beds are HARD

Pros - As described in listing, clean (for the most part) there was some food found behind a bedroom bedside table when I plugged in my phone charger. The water gets and stays hot, which is nice (you only gotta turn the knobs halfway to get really hot water). Cons - ice maker is broken (but we just went and bought bagged ice), bed mattresses are HARD (everyone who came agreed, so I would bring a bed topper if rented again, as I didn’t sleep well on this trip). Overall, it is a nice location, just some minor things that can be fixed if the owner wanted to do it. I would stay again once I purchase a bed topper.

Highly recommend

This property is just as advertised. It was very neat and clean. The first floor is not actually ground level because the parking garage is under it, so we had a great view of the beach. The stairs leaving the balcony directly to the pool/beach were definitely a plus! The unit is very spacious and well laid out. Overall, we had a great experience and will stay here again.

Excellent Property

We will definitely return to this property, and specifically this unit. Extremely convenient for a family, with easy access to parking, the pool, and the beach, this unit has a wonderful layout that suited a family of four, plus one grandparent perfectly!
