Why they chose this property

I chose this property because I visited Charlotte and instantly fell in love. There are two local lakes less than 45 minutes away. Charlotte hosts numerous breweries and attractions in walking distance to Bryant Park Terraces. There is a new brewery located directly next to the community called Salt+Vinegar. It is an expansion of the "Legion Brewery" which remodels old potato chip warehouses and turns them to breweries, private party rooms and retail stores. There is a also local park about a block away. The location is perfect for travelers visiting for either business or pleasure.
