Guests can enjoy meals at the large dining table, catch up on a great family movie, splash in the heated pool, or take a stroll through our community walk path and enjoy the green scenary. AWaysis is the perfect stay for your next getaway.
There is a $40 daily fee for heated pool. Dog friendly under 25lbs at $125 per stay, additional dogs $15 per stay.

Florida in the winter!!

We stayed for six weeks during the winter. The house was perfect. Very clean and updated. The pool area was very nice and the pool was heated and super clean. The neighborhood was great for walking and biking. Located very close to unlimited golf. Great stay

This home was in a great location. The home was on a park and had many paths for walking. The patio and pool area was perfect for our family. We had a couple of glitches, but the response was quick and the issue was resolved quickly.

We truly enjoyed every moment. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and well maintained. A perfect home for adults and kids. Amina and Andre were excellent hosts who wanted to make sure our stay was completely enjoyable. It's a great location close to all the parks. We highly recommend this home. Thank you for having us!

Absolutely Perfect

From our arrival to our departure it was flawless. The property was welcoming and inviting and super clean. The decor was spot on. The house is not huge so it was easy to keep clean which is awesome when your on vacation. The amenities were spot on.....the pool was great for down times. It is just minutes from anything you need or want to do. Thank you so very much for an vacation of a lifetime.

Great FL Home

We were only at this home for a few nights, but the property was very clean and exactly as portrayed in the ad. The homeowner was very helpful and responsive! We also had our RV with us, but we were not allowed to park it in the driveway due to HOA rules. Amina worked with the association and got us a temporary permit for the parking lot 3 doors down which was conveniently located close to the home. Beautiful park literally in the back yard too and very close to the community pool!!

This property has a wonderful view from the pool deck overlooking the oversized community park. You have easy access to our softball, football, soccer, and volleyball field. You can go for walk, run, or jog straight from our back door. We love this property because the space is calming, quiet, and allows you to relax. Our community is safe, quiet, and very clean. We look out for each other and are friendly.
