This two bedroom condo has everything you to relax and enjoy the beach anytime of the year! King size bed in one room with a small mattress underneath for children and additional room with 2 twin beds! Come stay with us and enjoy Mexico Beach!

Hot tub was hot but the pool wasn’t even heated! When we arrived there was a real estate agent there having an open house which explains a lot! The floor needs replacing, the living room furniture needs replacing, the master bedroom mattress when we stripped it was old and yellowing! The 2 plastic Adirondack chairs were cracked and had to put pillows on them to sit in them to enjoy the deck! The kitchen was stocked and good appliances and both bathrooms were fine! The area is quiet but very limited restaurants and a few food trucks. Short walk to beach which was beautiful!

We had a great trip and loved the condo! Walked to Mango Marley’s one night and to coffee and ice cream on another day. Short walk to the beach. Great stay!

This is our second time staying at this condo and we loved it just as much as the first time! The location is perfect…. Has a pool and hot tub right outside the room and beach is a short walk across the road. Lots of food options very close by as well! This will continue to be our go-to place for Mexico Beach!!!

Our stay was great! I would stay again and would recommend to family and friends. The only thing I’d ask would be to leave a vacuum so we could clean up during our stay. Otherwise it was a great vacation!

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a hard time getting the electronic door lock to work right and had to start using a physical key. The TV in the living room was not operational and after several days we had to get a reset from the DIRECTV technician. The host, Jeff, was very helpful.

Condo was extremely clean, decorated very nicely, bed was super comfy! Walking distance to everywhere! Small balcony overlooking pool and hot tub. Hot tub has a small waterfall so relaxing sitting on balcony listening to it. Kitchen well stocked. Would definitely rent again!

Stayed for 2 weeks, happy with the condo and the location. Loved the beach (not overcrowded) and the beautiful canal (attached) and its fauna (attached). The only gripe: the damaged floor planks outside Bedroom 2; looks like it had been flooded. Unfortunately, one of the toilets also got flooded, but it was fixed on the next day.

This condo is in a great location. Very easy walk to the beach. Loved that we could watch the kids in the pool from the first floor balcony. Pool and hot tub view from balcony and master bedroom. Owner was very responsive and professional.

Friends Weekend Getaway

Our group enjoyed the weekend at this condo so much! The condo was clean and had close, easy beach access despite not sitting right on the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The owner was very responsive from the time of booking until well after the trip - we left a couple of items behind - the cleaning crew found them AND scheduled delivery. We will definitely stay here again.

Hello! We are excited for you to stay with us and explore Mexico Beach! Mexico Beach is a quaint beach area just 20 minutes from downtown St Joe Beach and 15 minutes toward Tyndall Air Force Base. When you arrive time just stands still as you sit on the beautiful beaches with the most gorgeous sunsets!

Why they chose this property

This condo is completely renovated with everything brand new! It is situated on the first floor with a covered porch overlooking the pool and hot-tub. Take a one block walk to the sugary sand beaches. There is a daily boat slip that you can park your boat and fish in the canal that leads out to the open water.
