Situated above the Jordanelle Reservoir - only 7 minutes from Historic Main Street and Park city Mountain resort, also 4 minutes from Deer Valley's Jordanelle Express gondola. This welcoming residence provides a peaceful setting while still being close enough to enjoy the local ski resorts and lake. Guests will enjoy beautiful new construction while getting an incredible value compared to staying in the crowded Park City proper. A car is recommended,

WINTER: Skiing, and Snowboarding available at three nearby resorts. Snowmobiling.
Sleigh rides, Snow shoeing, Ice Skating and much more all nearby.

TOWNHOME: From stylish new furnishings to a private hot tub and gourmet kitchen, this brand new in 2021 Townhome is perfect for families and groups. The great room features a shuffleboard, and foosball. The Large 75inch TV is perfect for movie night.

BEDROOMS:
The Master King is on the main level with a private master luxury bathroom with all the amenities including heated floors.
King bedroom #2 plus full-size bathroom is on the first level entry next to the great room.
Queen bedroom #3 has a full bath with heated floors.
Bunk Bedroom #4: This bunkroom has a large comfy seating area with inch new smart TV for the kids or young adults to enjoy a movie or sports game. Two full size triple bunk beds (large enough for adults) Full over Full beds plus single pull-out sleeps 6- plus a private full-size bath.
All bedrooms have large wall mounted TVs.

Washer and Dryer: There is new full-size washer and dryer on the main floor

KITCHEN: The kitchen with breakfast bar features upscale appliances plus a Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee –(you get to choose.) The Kitchen is fully equipped to be able to cook your favorite meal after a mountain or lake adventure.

Dining area: beautiful table seats 8 comfortably - with kitchen bar seating for 4

Living Area: Modern gas fireplace and large Smart TV surrounded by plenty of seating for a cozy conversation space.

The outdoor deck has a full-size new Bullfrog Hot tub to sooth away your aches from your day's adventures and a new grill for some outdoor cooking

Garage Parking: The two-car garage is for your use during your stay and parking is available on the large driveway for two more cars.


SUMMER: The Jordanelle Lake is 5 min away with all the water sports available. Beautiful hiking trails, Biking trails, and World Class Fly fishing nearby.

Weekend away in Park City

The house is great, only 15 minutes from Main Street Park City and Park City mountain. Plenty of amenities and things to do at the house, great hot tub. Garage large enough to fit a large SUV with places to store skis/snowboards.

Great place!

The property was perfect… very clean, well organized and with great in-house entertainment options(3 big screens, shuffle board, foos ball, board games). The location requires transportation to downtown restaurants and bars. But, we never had to wait very long for an Uber or Lift driver. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great for a large group

This home was perfect for our two large families (12 total). We have teen and young adult children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms are spread out on 3 levels, which helped to give us all privacy when necessary. The home is a convenient drive to the ski resorts (10-20 minutes , depending on the traffic). The private hot tub is very large, and was nice after a long day skiing .

Excellent spacious, clean and welcoming place

This place was great. It has a nice new kitchen, a spacious garage, new hot tub, lots of locations for teens and young adults to hang out away from other guests if they so desire. We would definitely stay again!! The pictures don’t do this place justice. Much better and more spacious and warmer in person. I highly recommend! The check in process was easy and when we had an little issue they were very responsive. There were lots of nice amenities for skiers and snowboarders!

Great Plcae

We enjoyed the hot tub and game tables after a day of skiing. The home was perfect for our group of 9. About a 10 minute drive to Park City each morning to ski, so the location was good. My only suggestions are: the kitchen could use a few supplies for making meals, such as a crock pot, larger fry pan, larger stock pot and containers with lids for storing leftovers. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Fantastic Property

The property was in excellent condition with great furnishings.We enjoyed the elelectronics, and the beautiful hottub was appreciated and clean.Downstairs can feel much cooler than the upper levels and not so easy to regulate. The only item I would improve is the garage. It would be better to have the garbage removed from the prior tenants instead of having the current rentors take the trash out to the curb. I still rate the best score overall and would return.Thank-you Dowstai

Fantastic

Home was situated in a nearby neighborhood to Park City. Just a 4 mile drive, which was a straight shot to the Park City Mtn. Slopes. Management was very communicative and responsive. They were really eager to ensure we had a great time. Jacuzzi was great. The room on the third floor was perfect for a group of kids to retreat, play and allow adults to have fun. The TVs were large and easy to use with gaming and video streaming. Kitchen was nice and allowed us to cook for 6-10 no problem. All Viking appliances. Made it nice. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

A great place and team

Easy check in with helpful and open communications. A large space that is perfect for 6+. Each floor has generous bedrooms and a large bathroon (or 2). The kitchen is great and we made family meals each night. I quick 5-10 minute ride into the heart of Park City and Deer Valley. Great x-country skiing within 10 minutes.
