This first floor lakefront studio condo is just right across the street from the beach (ABOUT 250 STEPS!) and is fully furnished with EVERYTHING you need for your perfect vacation! Located just 1/4 mile from Pier Park and within walking distance is dining and shopping to suit every taste and budget. Just bring your bags and enjoy all we offer our guests such as beach chairs (kids too!), beach/picnic blanket, boogie boards, sand toys, buckets/nets (bring your flashlight to go crabbing), fishing pole/tackle box/bait (Catch and release in lake only), FREE WiFi, cable TV, KING size bed, oversized living area with pullout couch and dining room table, coffee pot, coffee and condiments provided plus Keurig, pool side (pool is 15 feet from the patio door), huge patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining and watching the kids play and has the perfect view for watching FIREWORKS shot from the Pier or Pier Park! Fish from the dock lakeside, kayak or paddle board in the lake (Bring your own/NO motorized vehicles allowed in lake). Rainy day? No problem we have games galore in our "Kid's corner cabinet" for you to play by yourself or with friends and family! Your kids will never be bored here with the lake to fish/kayak in, the pool to swim in and games for the whole family both in-room and close by all within 2 miles of the condo!

Alison, thank you for a wonderful stay! What a perfect spot close to the beach and the sweet turtles in the pond right off the back porch. We had everything we needed, extra towels, toiletries, cooking utensils, and even guides for the area. Can't wait to stay with you again!

Perfect location, awesome stay!

We found this place because our other place we had bumped us. We were so upset, but now in hindsight, very glad! This place is amazing and the location makes getting around a breeze! Will be booking this anytime we are headed to Panama City!

Bugs in room

I will say this, the front door is not completely sealed when closed, bugs come in when it is closed (light in the daytime can be seen around the door, maybe an 1/2" space between the door and the door frame...that is why we saw all types of bugs crawling, flying, if they fix the door so it seals. then the room will be fine.

Great vacation

It was great, pool in back of condo and beach was walking distance across street. It was clean and quiet and close to all eating places and the pier. We will definitely book again in future.

Great location

So nice to be able to walk to pier park instead of driving. The pool was never crowded which made it a lot of fun, and everything that we needed was there. Great stay.

Perfect for access

It is perfect for access to shopping, Entertainment, beaches, and its a quiet neighbor hood.The Owner is very accessible, the studio is clean and beachy...it made it easy to relax, we were able to use any appliance with ease...like being at home. I hope its available the next time we need a place.

Me and my family bought this condo as our vacation home and would like to share it with others when we are not able to use it. We have included in the room EVERYTHING we or you will need when you come for a trip to the beach! You don't have to worry about how your going to "fit that" into your car or worse yet on an airplane! Just bring your bags and your family (OR NOT) and when you get here there are plenty of grocery stores and even a Wal Mart within 1/4 mile of the condo.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We chose and love this property because of the fact that it is lakefront on the beach and my 10 year old granddaughter can fish in the lake and play in the sand on the beach. You can't find that anywhere. For people who enjoy the outdoors as much as we do will appreciate the quietness of the lake yet being able to walk a few steps and be at the beach too! Walk/bike to Pier Park where everything happens in Panama City Beach, fish off the pier or just enjoy a good meal and some GREAT shopping with every store imaginable in the Pier Park Shopping Plaza. You can sit on our patio and watch the fireworks from Pier Park without all the fuss of having to fight the crowds. This condo is truly right smack in the middle of ALL of the FUN things to do in PCB so we invite to you come why we love the TIP-SEA TURTLE and we hope you love it just as much!
