Nestled in the northern part of town, this single-level three-bedroom home presents a luxury retreat just minutes from popular attractions. Spend blissful days on the screened lanai, which features a pool (up to 6’-deep), a tiki bar, a grill, and alfresco dining. Added perks include an outdoor shower, a home office, a Wii, and a Playstation 3.

Be sure to take advantage of the Keurig coffee maker at the coffee bar when you wake up in the morning. After a fun beach day, come back to unwind in the serene living area, furnished with a plush sectional and a smart TV. A convenient home office has a desk and a mini fridge. The chef’s kitchen is appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cookware to prepare delectable dishes. When it’s time to dine, the kitchen bar and the table each seat four.

This home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The primary suite has a king-size bed, patio access, a Roku TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom provides a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two twin-size beds, a Roku TV, a Wii, and PlayStation 3. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Nearby beaches include Four Freedoms Beach (a 20-minute drive) and Yacht Club Beach (25 minutes). A plethora of popular local eateries and shops are located within a short drive. Other attractions and entertainment close to home include Pine Island, Del Prado, and Cape Harbour.

Fabulous home!

This property was fresh & clean. Newer finishes throughout. It had everything we would need. The only disappointment was just before arriving we were told that heating the pool was no longer an option. Pool water was to cool to truly enjoy. But the patio & screened in area was the perfect place to enjoy the warm outdoors for meals & relaxing.

Toilet paper was too thin. Pool was not heated but we knew that however if it would have been heated we would have had to pay 12.99 a day to have the heater on. Loved how quiet time was 10pm till 8 am and if you were loud the neighbors could report you but the neighbors dogs was out till all hours of the night barking. Would have liked to have been told there was construction on the street. Not your fault but would have liked to have been told.

Luxury and coastal……not really

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay in SW Florida. This was only our second trip to the area so we learned a lot about the experience and area for future winter getaways. Vacasa was outstanding in support of our stay. We encountered some unexpected circumstances that needed immediate attention upon arrival and Vacasa delivered. Their response was quick and definitive. We could not have asked for more. Having said that, we need to point out our overall concern and disappointment with the property. It is advertised as “luxury coastal”. Neither word could remotely describe this property. The neighborhood is certainly not coastal, which we knew of course. But even considering the hurricane recovery-in-process of nearly half of the homes, the area is a distinct mix of well maintained homes and others that are not. Even the roads are more what you would find in a Midwest county where potholes are common. The home itself proved comfortable and provided everything we needed. It “looked” like the listing pictures, but also not quite right. It’s reasonable to expect favorable presentation and wide angle photos. Even so, every room was met with a “oh, hmmm”. From the painted cabinets, wood paneling in the hall bath, tile floor in the master shower, and on and on, the reaction was “well, they clearly tried”. The garage is available which is a nice bonus. However, there is a large shelving unit installed on the front wall that limits the type of vehicle that will fit! A 2015 Nissan Pathfinder just fits. Some other mid size SUV might, a family sized van not sure, but certainly nothing full sized like a Tahoe or F150. The pool is very nice. The setting is relaxing and relatively private. It’s a perfect setting for 2 with the chaise lounge seats provided. The waterfall feature provides a lovely background that mutes the sound of the busy boulevard nearby. The water is not heated and consequently COLD. In these winter months some visitors, like half of our party, may only be able to go knee-deep. That is big loss for us. New TVs. New washer. New kitchen appliances. Very nice. Again, hats off to Vacasa. They replaced the coffee maker, attended to the pool and even offered a small courtesy rebate. The ice maker doesn’t work and needs repair after our stay.

Great retreat!

Our company reserved this home for 2 months to allow a team of leaders to use during our project. It was a great retreat to enjoy when away from the office. The support team was responsive and addressed all of our concerns. The pool was great, as well as the beach equipment that we used on the weekends. Thanks for a great stay!

Almost Perfect

The home is beautiful, the pool is large and was cleaned the day before we arrived and the day before we left. There are also some pool toys in the garage to enjoy (we left another board and tubes). The outdoor shower was amazing and plenty of hot water throughout the home. We very much enjoyed the outdoor space as it was very private, however the only time we used the front of the house was to come and go. There were several bottles of sunscreen left from previous guests (which we also left one, plus a bottle of Aloe Gel for after sun)! The beds were very comfortable and Roku TV was a treat for us. Garage parking is nice as it keeps the car cooler.
