Your paradise awaits! You’ll feel you’re on a tropical vacation the moment you step in.

I purchased this condo as my vacation home, but decided to be a long distance host when I am not enjoying my time there.

This gorgeous 2 bedroom + Den (w/queen inflatable mattress), 2 Bath, with Screened in Lanai accessible from kitchen and Master bedroom has a vacation on the beach feel to it. In the beautiful Vanderbilt Lakes community close to everything and only 3 miles from the best, pristine Barefoot Beach! The community includes a pickle ball court, heated pool, and a spa/hot tub! The unit is directly across from the pool and pickle ball court, just a few steps out the front door. The lanai faces wooded foliage, perfectly private.

Dozens of restaurants, shopping and entertainment is within a few miles, honestly the best location!

I love the Bonita Springs area because it is right next to my favorite beach in the Southwest Florida - Barefoot Beach! Also because it is so close to everything, RSW airport, Fort Myers beach island, Naples, the Zoo, numerous amazing restaurants, shopping, parks, bike trails, many amazing beaches and preserve areas!
