Relaxing Vanderbilt Lakes Condo

Located in a secure gated community that offers two pools and tennis courts, this two bedroom plus den ~ two bath condo is located in Bonita Springs. It is situated near several world-class golf courses, plus all of the shopping and dining experiences that Naples/Bonita Springs has to offer. Three gorgeous beaches are within easy walking/biking distance.
This is a tastefully decorated second floor unit. The Master Bedroom has a king-sized "sleep number" bed. The Master Bath has both a large shower and separate sunken "Jacuzzi" tub.
The second bedroom offers privacy and has twin sized day bed and additional twin sleeping.
A very comfy fold -out double sized sofa in the den can accommodate any extra guests.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything a chef could want.
The dining room seats six comfortably.
Outdoor dining and entertaining is available on the beautiful large wrap around lanai that over looks one of the lushly manicured pool areas. The lanai is partly shaded and can be reached from the master the living room and dining room.
Bikes, tennis rackets and beach chairs are all provided.
Two reserved parking places come with the unit.

Keep in mind there is a VERY strict no pets of any kind policy and a minimum of 75 day rental.

Winter 2024 Stay

This is the 2nd year we have stayed in Vanderbilt Lakes for the months of Jan - Mar. The condo is perfect for our needs. It is minutes to the beaches and there are numerous shopping and dining options nearby.

Vanderbilt Lakes

We spent the months of January - March 2023 at this condo. The property was clean and will maintained. The condo is only a short drive to many restaurants, shopping, and the beaches. The Vanderbilt Lakes community if very well maintained and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood each morning. There is a nice bike/walking trail located just outside the property that we took advantage of. We enjoyed our time so much we booked the property again for the same period in 2024.

In Search of Sun, Beautiful Beaches and Relaxation

I have visited the Naples Area on three occasions and have stayed in this condo during two of my stays. I will be visiting the area this spring and will be staying here again. This is a beautiful, well-equipped condo in a quiet, meticulously maintained development. The spacious condo is very clean and has everything I desire for a relaxing stay. The lanai is perfect for breakfast and for last night relaxation. The condo has wireless internet and many flat screen TVs if you prefer to relax inside. There is a lovely pool directly behind the condo. All linens including beach towels are provided which is a definite plus. The condo is a short drive from many fabulous beaches, great restaurants and enough stores to keep any shopper satisfied. The area also has a fabulous path for walking and/or biking to many locations including several gorgeous beaches. The owner is very responsive and quickly answers all questions about the condo. The condo is a 20-30 minute drive from the airport depending on traffic making it super convenient to access. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Naples/Bonita Springs area.

Relaxing !

Dee has a very nice condo which overlooks the pool area, and is very inviting when you walk in. The main area is wide open and includes the living and dining area, which has very nice quality furniture. We’ve stayed in other condos that their furniture was less than adequate, not here, very comfortable. There are several sliding glass doors which open to a lanai and allows you fresh air if you desire. It feels like home after a while. The condo is very well stocked with kitchen necessities and actually the thing we like most was the in unit washer/dryer We made many, many friends during our stay,as they were from NC, Chicago,as well as Cape Cod and Pittsburgh to name a few. In fact one evening before leaving we all went to dinner outdoors, 16 of us in all. Fabulous condo and development, the grounds are beautiful at night. All in all a definitive 10 on a 1-10 scale

Florida Home Away From Home

We loved this lovely condo in a quiet community, just minutes from beach in Bonita Springs. The home is well equipped, with everything a family with kids needs to prepare meals at home. A beautiful Publix nearby, as well as restaurants. Boys enjoyed proximity to Fort Myers and minor league baseball. The bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable in which we have ever slept. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

If I could buy this condo I would. Have visited twice and going back this spring. Great location not far from the airport. It's in a gated community, close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, everything you could want. The condo is on the second floor, but very easy wide steps to walk up It's comfortably decorated, you will feel right at home! Spare bedroom and den are both in the front and the master is in the back of the condo. You can enjoy a screened in porch that looks on to one of the pools. Everything was clean and spotless. Linens provided, full sized washer & dryer. Nothing but good things to say! Can't wait till my next visit!

Mom of 3!

My family and I stayed at this condo in July of 2010. We are a family of five with three kids ages 16, 13, and 10. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy our vacation. The condo was immaculate and well-maintained. I usually have the "ick" factor when vacationing and I found the place to be spotless. Everything was clean and all linens were provided, including beach towels! The washer and dryer were appreciated as I could throw a load in, head to the beach, and dry them on my return. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and I was able to make breakfast in the condo every morning. Location, location, location! This condo was perfect! We were minutes from beautiful Bonita Springs and Barefoot Beaches. Sanibel is a quick 35 minute drive and Ft. Myers is 20 minutes away. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice! It is absolutely gorgeous! It is tastefully decorated in rich yellows and reds. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Perfect! The Master Bedroom is beautiful, with a huge bathroom and access to the screened in lanai. The second bedroom is very private and allowed two of my children to sleep comfortably on the trundle bed. The den had a comfortable pull-out sofa, which accommodated my 16 year old perfectly! Oh...did I mention the three flat-screened TV's? The boys and my husband really enjoyed that view! In addition, there was wireless internet! The lanai was gorgeous. My husband and I would enjoy our coffee in the morning while sitting out on the lanai overlooking the pool and spa. There was ample space, as there was a table with four chairs and another area with chairs and a tea table. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who would like to enjoy a peaceful beach stay It was quiet, secluded, clean, and roomy. For an extended stay, it is perfect as all necessities are provided. It is off the beach, but a quick three minute drive takes you to the most beautiful beaches in Florida. There is plenty of shopping and there are many restaurants to choose from. The owner was very helpful in answering any questions I had. She also made sure that we were comfortable and wanted to know if there was anything additional we needed. Feedback was important to her so I know that she was genuinely interested in providing a perfect stay. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in the Naples area.

We enjoy the beaches that are so close to the condo (Barefoot beach, Bonita beach and DelNor Wiggins State Park. It is close to shopping, restaurants and golfing. There is a home-made ice cream store within walking distance. It is a safe area to walk or bike around.
