Everything was great, only down side was the AC went out one night, but was back on the next morning. Clean and beautiful view

Great week away

Family of five (all over 16) came for a week to enjoy the Alabama shores. It never disappoints. The condo was nice, perfectly equipped for a week’s stay and close to Gulf Shores main attractions and restaurants. And we loved how the pool and ocean were literally just out back with the bay out the front door. Beautiful views.

Family of four summer getaway

The condo was very nice, it had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. We were on the sixth floor with the most gorgeous view of the ocean and beach. We saw dolphins every morning. The condo had really everything we needed, from cooking pans, mixing bowls, a toaster, all cooking utensils and coffee pot. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfy. Being right on the beach was absolutely amazing!! Thank you for a great place to stay!!

Great condo.... Unreliable elevator.

We really enjoyed the the condo itself. Beautiful views, comfortable layout, well stocked. The elevator was a disappointment. Down when we arrived, down when we left, down a few times in between. This needs to be communicated by the rental company. We were on the 6th floor.

Pros vs Cons

There was no paper towels, only one roll of TP for each bathroom. There was no dish towel to wash dishes and the stick finger prints wasn't cleaned off the windows from the last rental. Plenty of Utensils and dishes. Great location.

Excellent place to stay

This is an excellent location, closest to the beach, the pool is great for the children. The kitchen has all the supplies. The kids bedroom has some kind of a pet or mold? smell. The curtain rod on main bedroom could be better quality it was broke/bent the day we checked in. Some of the furniture and pillows had a bad smell ( we did not use). In general For a vacation its a good place that needs to be taken care of.

Mohamed - Thanks for your inputs - corrective actions have been taken. We have remodeled both bathrooms with a new walk-in shower in the main bath along with a new vanity and faucet fixtures. We have done the same upgrades to the 2nd bathroom and added new TV's in each room.

Beautiful view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best part of the condo was the wide open view of the beach. It was clean & well furnished. The beds were comfortable (but you might want to take your own pillow unless you like your pillows to be flat). The condo was also convenient to many great restaurants & entertainment spots. The only things I would change would be to provide more quality pillows & install curtain rods/curtains to be used when the pullout sofa is in use. There’s no sleeping in on vacation for the person using the pullout because of the brightness. Curtains would allow that but could then be opened to allow that gorgeous view during the day.

Great getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 4 nights. The condo was very nice. We enjoyed the enclosed balcony as I didn’t have to worry about the kids on it and they could watch the waves roll in. My mom loved it as she could watch the kids play in the ocean easily. The beds were nice. Kitchen had why we needed available in it. They were quick to respond to any issue. The only issue we had was that the internet was not working correct. Maintenance was very quick to correct it. Our only complaint would be the pillows were not great, but we can always bring our own! The pool was great and right on the beach. Everyone we ran into at the condo was nice. Close to eating places and stores. We would definitely stay here again.

Love this place BUT

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is great. We have stayed here three years in a row. Comfy beds, great location, plenty of amenities (nice kitchen and great washer and dryer), ample parking, right on the beach, nice pool, AMAZING AC. Almost nothing but great things to say about it, which is what’s brought us back to this same unit three years in a row. There’s a big but, though. The elevator. Last year, the elevator was down to the point that the fire marshal evacuated everyone above the third floor. Terrible, but we thought surely this is a fluke, and booked again for this year. Lo and behold, the elevator was down for two days, once from a power outage (outage was brief, but took ages for someone to fix elevator), and then once from “scheduled work” - they were doing something to the floor! June seemed like a weird time for that. Needless to say, traipsing up and down the six flights in the heat with your beach gear (and other stuff, as we had to “move in” without the elevator) and a kid in tow was not really a great time. Other people who come often were badmouthing the elevator as well. Again, one year we had no trouble, so it seems to be luck of the draw. The rest of the property is great and we have had many good times here!

Great overall property. Very close to beach, but I would of preferred a little more beach in front of us. Condo was very nice. Bedroom setup was perfect for us. The enclosed balcony was not what we were used to but did enjoy that.

Location, location, location

My family absolutely loved the location of the condo. We were at the pool or beach within a short elevator ride. The view as you walked into the condo was the best. I enjoyed my morning coffee every morning when sitting on the enclosed balcony. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

The property was wonderful! Our only issue was a lack of parking pass information, but the owner immediately contacted us when we made him aware. The condo itself was clean and just what we needed, and you can’t beat the beach proximity!
