This lovely 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo is located in the heart of Gulf Shores and is in easy walking distance to restaurants, the state pier, The Hangout, and other attractions. It offers incredible views of the beach and has a private balcony for relaxing and chilling out.

The kitchen is fully-equipped for all your cooking needs. The 2nd bedroom is super large and perfect for kids. There is a full-size washer & dryer in the unit and free Wireless fiber optic internet is provided along with Dish on smart TVs in every room.. The condo is located on the 3rd floor with easy access to the elevator or stairs.

Other amenities include a Smart TV, swimming pool, outdoor shower, nice shaded porch area with lounge chairs and swings, BBQ grilling area, and just a few short steps to the beautiful white sand and the Gulf Of Mexico. Walking distance of Al State Park, biking, fishing etc.

Great Frist Trip to Gulf Shores

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores, and we loved it! The condo was perfect for four adults. The location was great, we could have walked to several restaurants and shops. Our access to the beach couldn't have been easier. We are already thinking about booking another trip and stay at this condo!

Great location on the beach. Security is very strict about parking passes. We didn’t have ours left for us but we were able to get them quickly. Didn’t use the pool. Will try to rent again. Great communication with host

Vacation with the Grandkids

Proximity to the beach was excellent also very convenient to places to eat it wasn’t a problem but the living area was a little small but we had a very nice time. Myra did a good job getting us what we needed.

Condo was spacious and facing ocean. I like watching the dolphins from the patio so this was great! Condo provides some extras such as beach chairs. I only use the toaster and coffee pot but there were many kitchen items provided.

Clean and Convenient

The condo unit was clean and is in a great location. Myra did her best to make sure that we were happy and even came by the unit to insure that we had no problems.. I would rent from her again.

Myra and I live full time in Gulf Shores. . We have enjoyed getting to know our guests who stay at Island Sunrise and many of them become good friends and are like family. We are both in the Real Estate business and try to stay on top of market trends in the area. A couple of our favorite past times are walking on the beach, boating, and enjoying the great restaurants in the area.

Why they chose this property

The location of Island Sunrise is as good as it gets. 1/2 mile from the Hangout area, and 1/2 mile from the State Pier and State Park. Excellent walking and bikes trails through the state park. Excellent bike paths in the park with free bikes. The State Park is such a awesome place.

What makes this property unique

There are only 60 units in Island Sunrise so it's not a jam packed property that would seem overwhelming. . We live within 10 minutes of the Condo and willing to help you enjoy your vacation. If you need anything just give me a call. I can recommend activities and places to eat etc.
