Beautifully renovated 1800 SF home where modern amenities meet classic style .

Jeremy, Thanks for the extremely harsh and very unfair review. We recognize this was your first stay using VRBO based upon your early arrival and inability to follow directions. However, in light of this review, we feel compelled to answer your responses and hopefully help you down the road. #1. It was very apparent that you did not actually READ the listing, house rules or check in procedures. You said, "nothing I saw in the listing indicated there would be dogs or that the owner would randomly appear". Here is a copy of the listing description for your convenience. Private, quiet, secluded and close to everything in NWA... Absolutely no drugs, no smoking, NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS of any kind. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am. HOST LIVES UPSTAIRS WITH 2 LARGE DOGS. Free disc golf course on property. Please park on the left side of the driveway and keep the middle and right side garage spaces open. Host lives upstairs with 2 large dogs. If we tell you we live upstairs and have 2 dogs, this should come as no surprise. If our dogs did indeed wake you up, why didn't you mention it to us while you were here? If you didn't like the setup why not notify us upon check in? We could have moved your party to another listing (we have several) or simply refunded your stay or tried to make the situation better. You didn't mention any of this during your entire stay. That is completely unfair to give 2 stars for something that you "didn't like" that was clearly disclosed.

In regards to the seating, the middle of the suites has a kitchen with 3 bar stools and 3 chairs around the table. Beyond that, there is not room for extra seating as it is a kitchen. Within each suite there are sofas, sectional sofas, recliners and office chairs. We placed the seating here as it much more comfortable to sit here near the tv's.
