Indulge yourself at the exclusive BVG Marina directly on the beach! Escape winter in this deluxe 1 bedroom/2 full bathroom condo with wrap-around balcony with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Bay View Grand Marina is a stunning property featuring resort-style infinity pool, a separate children's pool, and adult pool with luxurious poolside and beach furniture, hot tubs, a pool bar, restaurant, tennis courts, business center, gym, and day spa featuring massages, body wraps, facials, manicures, pedicures and other services at very reasonable prices.
The non-smoking unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dedicated washer/dryer, and more. The spacious living area includes a private bedroom with its own balcony, a fully furnished living room with 2 comfortable sofas that can double as beds. Featuring a 60â smart TV, a dining area, and two full bathrooms, washer and dryer.
BVG Marina sits on the quiet end of Playa Palmar, next to the Marina and across from the renowned Marina Ixtapa Golf Club. Enjoy charter fishing trips and a variety of top-tier restaurants just steps from your door.
Please note the building charges an additional facility fee of $300 pesos per person (about $15 USD). Weekly maid service is available. If desired, the extra service visits can be arranged at a nominal fees. Renters must be over 25 years old. A $500 damage deposit is collected before your arrival and promptly returned to you when no damage or electricity overages are detected.

My name is Zhanna. Originally, I am from Kiev, Ukraine, where I lived until the age of 25. In 1993 I moved to USA. I purchased my condo in Ixtapa in December of 2021. I can truly say, I fell in love with Ixtapa and my condo from the first sight, and I hope you will feel the same.
What makes my property to stand out to other similar properties?
I designed my place with all the amenities that I personally want to have for myself. It is my happy place and my second home. When you are staying in my condo, you are my guests, and as my guests, it is my priority to make you feel comfortable and have everything that you might need for your full enjoyment.
My favorite place in my condo is the ocean front balcony/terrace. It has the dining area with electric outdoor grill, and comfortable outdoor patio furniture. I personally spend a lot of my time there. The terrace has very comfortable shade from early morning until mid afternoon. In the evening you have the best views of the best show on Earth, the sunsets.
All the rooms in my condo are ocean front and easily accessable from the balcony'/terrace's three doors ( 1 door from the living room and 2 doors from the bedroom)
My condo offers two full bathrooms, which is a big plus. Personally, I don't like to share my bathrooms with anybody, even my significant other, LOL
Bay View Grand Marina is located in the end of the beach, between 2 condominiums, which allows you to avoid the noise of canned sound entertainment from all inclusive resorts. But at the same time, it is close to all the restaurants and attractions of Ixtapa.
The BVG Marina has one of the best infinity pools, restaurant, SPA and it is very secure.
