Our apartment is just a 2-minute walk from Buttes-Chaumont Park, one of the three largest green spaces in Paris. It is perfect for a walk, a picnic, or a relaxing moment outdoors.

The front door opens into a bright and elegantly decorated 90 m² apartment.

The living area is designed to offer a calm and comfortable space to unwind, without a television, to encourage a peaceful and unplugged atmosphere. It also includes a desk, perfect for getting some work done.

The dining area provides a warm setting to enjoy meals with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.

The main bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens.

A second bedroom includes a single bed (80x190), perfect for an adult or a child.

Two additional beds for children up to 6 years old are also available, accommodating a total of three adults and two young children.

Everything necessary for babies and young children is provided: a travel cot, a small bathtub, a play mat, and even a Bugaboo Bee stroller and a double stroller.

The bathroom is both practical and pleasant, equipped with double sinks, a large mirror, a shower, and a washing machine.
The toilet is separate, for added comfort.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
You’ll also have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Our home is located conveniently in the 19th arrondissement. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The many restaurants on Rue de Belleville, just 5 minutes away, are a must for lovers of Asian food

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Buttes Chaumont (line 7B), is just a 7-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 50-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
