Muy bonito apartamento de arquitecto de 60 m2 reformado, muy agradable, muy soleado, con un diseño muy acogedor. Es un departamento de cruce. Hay dos habitaciones muy cómodas y un baño, una cocina americana muy bien equipada que hace de la sala de estar un gran espacio habitable. En el patio de un artista típicamente parisino, el entorno es tranquilo y alegre. El barrio es muy animado y moderno. Ubicado a 15 minutos a pie de la Place de la République, a 15 minutos del pantano ya 15 minutos del Canal St Martin en una zona comercial, su ubicación es céntrica y práctica.

The walkup is easy - and I am 79 years old. The apartment feels roomy, a feature hard to find in Paris. It is definitely one or two Metro rides away from main Paris attractions but Metro is very close. Comfortable and nice. I had problems accessing VRBO but fortunately was able to establish communication with host.

Bright, spacious flat

Having stayed in the Marais and the 14th, this flat’s neighbourhood was a welcome low-key area, more locals than tourists, which was what I wanted. It’s airy (top floor) and the large windows allow lots of light - even on a rainy day.

Paris 2025

Had a wonderful stay in June 2025 at Anne’s beautiful apartment. It was clean and well equipped.Beds were very comfortable and the large windows and ample kitchen were appreciated .The location is close to several metro lines and so many restaurants and bars to suit all ages.The noise from the street at night was loud at times but fine once windows shut .Anne was a responsive and helpful host. Would recommend this apartment without hesitation for your next trip to Paris.

A really perfect apartment

It's great area and the apartment is very close to the Metro so you can get anywhere in Paris easily and cheaply. The apartment is airy, bright, and nicely decorated. We were totally happy with this rental.

Charming and Comfortable

This apartment had plenty of space and had everything we needed for our stay, including in-unit laundry. The location is convenient, with the Metro and a grocery store conveniently located just down the street. It was quiet and a nice place to relax after busy days in the city. Thank you Anne!

Charming Paris escape

Beautiful apartment with great light and fascinating view of some of the roofs of Paris. Clean, very well equipped, comfortable beds, fourth floor on a charming wooden blue and white stairway, entry via a quiet and spacious courtyard, delicious bakery at the foot of the building. Great experience!

Aside from walking up a spiral staircase to the top floor of the building and having zero closet space, it was nice. I think that they should mention that when they say that they have a coffee maker, it’s not an automatic drip - it’s a French press. If it’s hot, there’s no ac or fans, and when it’s cold, there’s no heat.And you have to put the linens on the bed when you arrive. And buy toilet paper because they didn’t provide much…and you’re more like 50 minutes from CDG - definitely not 35 minutes!But we liked the neighborhood and the close proximity to the Metro. The hosts were so sweet and communicative.

Great home base for Paris vacation

The apartment and location was perfect for my wife and I with our two boys (10 and 11 years old). The location is ideal, close to many restaurants, several grocery stores, a bus stop and a metro station. Anne was very helpful showing us around the apartment on the first day and was very responsive to questions we had about the apartment in the middle of the trip. The apartment itself is very bright and functional. Thanks Anne for letting us use your place for our Paris holiday.

A Perfect Paris Holiday for Our Family

My wife, our 10-year-old daughter, 6-year-old son, and I had the pleasure of staying at Anne’s apartment in Paris for eight nights in April. Anne greeted us in person, gave us a thorough tour, and shared thoughtful recommendations for enjoying the neighborhood. The apartment was ideal for our family — comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. We slept well each night and appreciated having a kitchen to prepare a few meals.One of our favorite routines was starting each morning with espresso at a different nearby café. The location is incredibly convenient, with three Metro stations within walking distance — the closest just steps away. While the apartment is on the top floor, our family had no trouble with the stairs.We had a magical time in Paris and feel truly fortunate to have stayed in such a welcoming home.

Glänzender Ausgangspunkt für einen längeren Paris-Trip

Uns hat es gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben der Metro-Haltestelle Ménilmontant und ist somit ein toller Ausgangspunkt für ganz Paris. Das Apartment ist groß genug für vier Personen und bietet sehr schnelles W-LAN. Das Viertel ist lebhaft und authentisch. Alle Versorgungseinrichtung sind innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Anne (Besitzer) und Adilio (Empfang) machen ihren Job gut und unauffällig. Vielen Dank für die Woche Paris.

Urlaub dort, wo sich wenige Turisten hinverirren und trotzdem die ganze Welt zu Hause ist. Klar, die Wohnung ist weit oben ohne Fahrstuhl und stellenweise (WC) sehr eng, aber wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Très jolie!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment inmitten eines lebendigen, multikulturellen Wohnviertels. In unmittelbarer Nähe finden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants in vernünftiger Preislage. Auch die Metro und ein Taxistand befinden sich quasi vor der Haustür, wobei sich einige touristische Ziele durchaus auch gut zu Fuß erreichen lassen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Adresse uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Kleine Oase in toller Lage

Wir haben als Familie eine tolle Zeit in der süß eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht: netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, verlässliche Abwicklung, prima ausgestattet und eine sehr gute Lage als Startpunkt mit direkter Metro- und Buslinie vor der Tür. Zu empfehlen!

Convenient apartment in interesting and central neighbourhood

We had a great stay here, and were interested to discover a new part of Paris that is not in the obvious tourist centre but is in a lively neighbourhood. A real person checked us in and showed us around, and this was a welcome change from helping yourself using a keycode or similar! The apartment was a great base and was sufficiently clean, although could perhaps benefit from a deep clean in some areas as well as a little bit of updating, e.g. a few new mugs and kitchen bits and pieces! It is clearly lived in by the owner frequently, which is fine and adds some character such as artwork, but definitely worth knowing if you are used to dedicated rentals. Maybe some tiny shortcuts have been taken on furnishing and some random items were around the flat for storage. Definitely take ear plugs - once we had these we slept well! It's quite a lively area. I didn't see a fire alarm or escape, so I do think an alarm should be fitted. Anyway, we did have a great stay here and are very happy to recommend it as good value with a kind and friendly host. Thank you Anne!

A home away from home...in Paris!

We enjoyed our stay in this trendy apartment. Very convenient to the metro, which made it so easy for us to get to all areas of Paris. The apartment was clean and comfortable and met our needs. Communication with Anne was very easy throughout the booking and during our stay.

Charmant appartement traversant

Appartement très fonctionnel pour deux couples avec 2 belles chambres et un bel espace séjour cuisine. Anne devrait quand même signaler qu’il se trouve au 4e sans ascenseur car pour des personnes âgées l’arrivée fut quand même une épreuve. Surtout avec des valises de 25 kilos. Parmi les petites choses à améliorer : présence d’un seul torchon pour 6 jours et 4 personnes. Un ou deux de plus aurait été parfait. Les chaises sont design mais elles sont très bruyantes. Il y a une machine à laver la vaisselle mais aucune dosette de produit. Parmi les bons côtés : calme, lumière, appartement très bien décoré, bonne literie. Un endroit où on se sent bien

Perfect Solution very near the city center and the metro station

It was a great stay in Anne's house. She is very nice, the house is very comfortable and there is a lot of space. We were 2 adults, 2 elderly people (70 years) and 1 baby (1,5 years). It was the perfect solution for us, but watch out for the stairs (it is at 4th floor with no elevator). There is fridge, microwave, boiler etc The only thing can be better: pots should be cleaner for actually use them. We will come back for sure! Recommended!

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mitten in Paris

Für uns vier (Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern, 17 und 15 Jahre) war die Wohnung perfekt. Alles liegt nah bei: Metro, Einkaufen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants... Eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieterin! Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Paris fragen wir zuerst, ob diese Wohnung wieder frei ist!

Lovely Apartment

Apartment was perfect for our family trip to Paris with two teenage boys. Convenient to Metro, restaurants, and supermarket. There was even a farmer’s market which was nice to walk down and pick up some fresh fruit and vegetables.. Owner was friendly and approachable. I would definitely stay here again!
