Accommodation: The announcement of your sunny holiday, in an apartment located at the top of a hill overlooking the Mediterranean. From your terrace facing south, let yourself be enchanted by a panoramic view of the sea and the gardens of the residence. With facilities such as a swimming pool, tennis courts and petanque, as well as direct access to a small beach.MAIN OUTCOMES - Panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea - Secure residence of standing located in a park with swimming pool, tennis, table tennis, petanque and direct access to a small beach from the residence by a private road - Terrace facing south - Private parking outside - Reversible air conditioning in room and living room - Wi-Fi included HOUSING When you enter, you discover a bright living room. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (140x180 cm) and a smart TV, as well as a small side table that can be used as a dining area. The open kitchen is equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy inside or on the terrace. The room has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a TV. It also offers direct access to the terrace, where you can admire the stunning views of the sea, pool and park of the residence. The shower room includes a sink, a walk-in shower and toilets. In the Residence: Access via the seafront road is secure with gate, guard and reception. In the park you will find all the necessary facilities for a successful holiday: large swimming pool, tennis, table tennis, boulodrome, and direct access to the small beach by the residence in 5 minutes walk. ACCESS TO PROPERTY From Nice airport: about 25 minutes by car by motorway A8, exit Antibes, then direction Gulf-Juan, on the national road 7. Attention, an identical address is located in the heights of the city, make sure using your GPS that the address is located well by the sea. From Golfe-Juan station: 3 minutes by car via national road 7. From Cannes station: 10 minutes by car. By bus (N°200) stop just in front of the residence (at the feet of the park).
